Lynda has helped me out afew times now, with planning a couple of bathrooms, toilet & ensuite. She is very friendly, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. She has always provided great advice and is very patient with changes in plans & my indecisiveness! Great range of products and not too overwhelming with support from the staff guiding you through all the choices. Overall Highgrove has been easy to work with and provide good value for money. We are renovating two bathrooms and managed to find most of the items we needed at the showroom. Cheryl was fun and helped us big time and she even went out of her way to personally deliver the things we bought that they had in stock. The prices are super reasonable and definitely can't complain about the service. I would definitely recommend the Cannington showroom for sure. Thanks girls.

Great service and prompt supply.
While we were only doing a small project to replace a vanity and mirrored cabinet, the team let us respectfully browse and then when we needed assistance listened to our requirements and help us get the right products. The custom benchtop and the order were ready within a week. And the referral to My Home Building & Renovations meant it was installed the next day.

From the time we walked in the door, we were greeted with a happy professional staff member, Cheryl was very knowledgeable and considerate of our needs and requirements. We had plans as to what we wanted and after talking with Cheryl all foreseeable problems or likely faults that we did not considered were discussed and alternatives were set.
Excellent product knowledge, customer service and professionalism. Well done!

Great selection of bath tubs and related unities. Everything was very stylish. I love the fact that you can select your own combinations of vanity cabinet, sink etc. Staff here was very kind too. We will come back for our bathroom renovation!

Brendon at Highgrove Cannington sourced particular products from me from interstate to ensure that I had my products on time for installation. The staff, at the kindness of their own, offered to deliver for free as they lived in my area. After sale service is second to none. I will being going back to Highgrove for all my bathroom needs next project.
