Very capable people who explain computer jargon in terms that even I can understand. I liked their approach and in particular how they presented me with options are let me know what the trade offs for each option were likely to be. As a business owner that was important to me, as in the past I have upgraded an older computer, only to have something else go wrong with it within a year after the upgrade and in hindsight I would have been better offer getting a new computer. I also like that the owner of Cybersite Solutions has a telecommunications license and as such he was able to supply and integrate my phone system to my computer system.

The Cybersite team provide our IT support for our locations. They take care of all our business technology requirements - from existing stores to assist in the creation of new stores. They are responsible for the computers, telephones, security cameras. Very professionally operated.
