I meant to leave this review for a while; I've had my mattress for almost 2 years and still love it.
There was no pressure to buy, which was a welcome relief after visiting other mattress stores and having (really) terrible experiences.

There was absolutely no pressure to buy or to hurry my decision while I was looking for a bed and mattress. I had fabulous customer service from Niki who answered all of my questions, made some suggestions, gave me all the time I needed, and was altogether the very best salesperson I have ever met.
I have now had my new bed for 10 days, and after many years of waking up aching and sore, I have been totally free from any and all pain every night since my first night on my adjustable bed and MLILY mattress. Thank you Niki for listening to me and being so helpful.

I've been looking for a bedhead and bedside cabinets for months. I thought I'd try Bedroom Gallery in Canningvale as the last one I bought was from there about 16 years ago. Bingo!! They had 2 that I really liked. Julie welcomed me and was very helpful. I found Julie to be very friendly and she was delightful to deal with even when I called to change my mind and order the other suite. Awesome service and excellent prices.

The best customer service we've encountered in a very long time. It's lovely to see a family run business whose staff are truly wanting to assist you and match the best bed for you. Not the pushy sales reps we've experienced in other large franchised companies - who just want the sale. They offered superb, honest product knowledge, had a fantastic selection of beds, furniture and linen and to top it off they were the cheapest we found in Perth after doing a lot of research driving around and trying many beds as well as doing online comparisons. We have now had our new bed and mattress for 2 months and we're loving it. The team at Bedroom Gallery delivered our bed for free and took our old mattress away - too good to be true! From the first visit to The Bedroom gallery we were given plenty of time to try the different beds & make decisions. The staff were helpful & informative.
We purchased a split King adjustable.
I have had some issues finding the right mattress for me ( problem with my back not the mattresses, they are quite luxurious )

What a wonderful experience right from the time we contacted them, by phone 400kms away until our order was delivered . The lady on the phone was so helpful. Delivered our order so promptly, assembled and installed by the two young men who were so obliging

Haven't experienced such great service in years. Julie's knowledge and expertise was exceptional. No pushing us to buy the most expensive bed. Made sure we tested several options so we got the right bed. Cannot recommend these people more highly.

We dealt with Angela, she made the whole process so easy. We ordered in the AM and they delivered the bed in the PM. The delivery guys are fantastic, on-time, polite and attentive. They unwrapped the bed, set it all up and even took away the rubbish. We could not be happier! Thanks

Very good customer service. Customer satisfaction is their focus. Helped us to swap things few times with free delivery each time. I would recommend anyone who looks for a decent bed and mattress.

Initial contact was via phone with Julie and we were so impressed with her manner and helpfulness that we visited only that store when we went to Perth. We purchased everything we needed for our bedroom in the one place and it will be delivered to us in Busselton this week.

Amazingly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff make buying a new mattress a much more enjoyable experience than it really is. We bought an Americanstar Louis mattress, bamboo sheet sets and Mlily pillows and couldn't be happier with the them. Quality products and fantastic prices - PLUS they delivered the new mattress and took away the old one!
