Yes we all get the "Super is boring" thing. I won't be bored spending my hard earned when the time comes though! Spoke to Jessica today, she was super helpful, seriously. She helped me login, review my account and showed me how to change investment options. What an excellent team member, she also gave me the heads up on important info too. Thank you WA Super.

I’ve been with WA Super now for almost 20 years and have always enjoyed excellent customer service (and assistance post retirement). Moved jobs and States over that time and I’m glad I stayed with WA Super as it regularly appeared to outperform many of my jobs’ own super schemes available, in my opinion.

Very poor service. Attempted to organise a rollover out of WA Super to another super fund. WA Super received the request and 4 weeks later still no funds have been received by other fund. WA Super have not followed up to confirm that they have made the payment or have had challenges arranging for the payment. I definitely do not recommend WA Super as a superannuation provider.

Worst Superfund in Australia!
It is not normal practice for funds to only accept requests via post.
My funds were transferred over from WA Super and Aware did not apply the existing authorities. This has caused me hardship and the staff act like it is my fault.
I urge you to actually research super funds rather than trust their website that they're the best.
