Ordered Chicken Parmigiana for $35 AUD which was reasonably good, delicious, and well designed.
Personnel were friendly and behaved respectfully.

As always good food, good value for what you get, delicious, professional & friendly staff who communicate effectively & positively with customers. Well garnished food & lovely atmosphere. Had Bruschetta, A Bowl of Chips, and Chicken Parmigiana.
Go again next time when I am at Esperance.

The food here is divine, the pork belly is melt in your mouth on a bed of creamy mash potato. The cocktails are well balanced but the best part of our experience was the service, we were served by one lady who only works there part time and another who is normally on reception and had been called in to help. Both of these ladies were lovely and made the experience all that much better. Hats off to the head chef who joined us for a drink at the bar after the kitchen closed

Did not expect this excellence! Absolutely delicious and stunning food. We had the Lamb Roll and Pork Belly. Main Meal prices do range from $30 - $45 but my goodness it's worth it! Huge meals, tastes amazing and highly recommend for all! Our waitress was absolutely lovely, such a bubbly and enthusiastic person and I would like to wish the very best to their new trainee. Thank you for this unforgetable experience

Unbelievable food. It matches the asking prices. Sensational Reef N Beef, oysters and an awesome Crayfish special. This place should be packed daily

Lovely meal. Our meal was buffet as we were part of a large group but everything was cooked perfectly, even things like broccolini and sprouts which are hard to keep perfect in a buffet type setting. Well done guys and girls. Keep up the good work.

Delicious dinner. Six days and our last in Esperance we find this hidden gem. Quality over quantity. It was so good. Delicate flavours, beautiful fresh oysters in several ways, local octopus cooked to perfection and most excellent crab liguine. Want to come back, but we are off tomorrow . Compliments to the chefs, it was just beautiful, coupled with great service. Thank you

Had a great meal atEljay's tonight. Enjoyed all the meals we had including the duck, seafood chowder and Esperance octopus. This was accompanied by a solid wine list and attentive staff. The new managers were on board for just one week and we wish them well for the future.

We had a great experience at Eljays!! The oysters were delicious. The mains were also great (the lamb and the barrimundi). The serving sizes were decent and the food was hearty and well cooked. The sticky date pudding was delicious, I would definitely give it 10/10. The pudding was moist and the whole dish was perfect. The staff were fabulous! They had big smiles on their faces every time they came to our table. They were friendly and very accommodating. The food came out quickly and the restaurant is clean and cosy. We loved Eljays and would highly recommend.

It was a Friday night and me and my friends just got to our Airbnb. I had made a batch of pumpkin soup. Checking the cupboard the salt shaker was out of salt 🧂. So I quickly ran to the nearest restaurant and the lovely staff at Eljays sorted me out with some fancy flakey sea salt 🥰 so kind and accomodating.

Great food and friendly service , one of, if not the best place in town for quality food

Not only were the staff knowledgeable but they were so welcoming and friendly. The oysters were exceptional, $11-3 $21-6 $38-12. They have a variety of flavours aswell as specials.
Cocktails are all $16, they make a excellent gin Martini and pina colada.
Absolutely going back for the oysters

Really nice crispy chicken. The lamb was also was amazing. Fresh vegetables so tasty. Ring book a table is a must. Was fully booked out.

After spending 3 weeks in Esperance trying to find good food that was well priced... Eljays was the restaurant that I kept coming back to.....
The food was delicious and the staff were sooo friendly and switched on considering most nights I was there there would be a bus of tourists as well.... One of the best places to eat in Esperance....

Food was fantastic and fresh. Staff were so friendly, they made the night special.

Hidden gem! Always have a lovely meal here.. It’s such a shame the restaurant isn’t located at the front of the building... Such a waste of a beautiful view whilst dining....
