Maranup Ford Caravan Park

We loved our little stay here. It was very peaceful. I loved the outdoor kitchen. It was hot when we stayed, but very shady and cool under the trees. Everything is meticulously cared for.

This place is amazing. Large grass sites for our caravan. Lovely and peaceful. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back again

We stayed here for 3 nights recently. What a great spot......good sites, really good facilities and close to lots of things to do. The gardens in the park are amazing. The staff in the park were fabulous...very friendly, helpful and relaxed. Overall a great experience

Marinup Ford is a hidden beauty. Very friendly and welcoming owners who ensure your stay is comfortable Amenities are well maintained.
Small park that is different from the others. Fire pits are supplied with each site which was fantastic. Large grassy camping area, a perfect & relaxing time had by all and we will be back !

Great place to stay but be warned that it does get busy! We had a powered camp site out on the edges and had some nice peace and quiet, but there were some rowdy grey nomads congregating around the main eating areas and thoroughfares. We took some locals advice about not making eye contact, and not daring to engage in polite conversation for fear that they may want to engage further... Fortunately, the property is big and even during some nice walks we didn't encounter any trouble. Definitely recommend this place, and the provided fire pits were a nice touch on the cooler nights.

We loved our stay here! Peaceful and pretty, green lawns, lovely clean toilet/shower and friendly caretakers and owners. We felt really lucky to squeeze in due to a cancellation during the very busy New Year period. Enjoyed wandering through the private garden with the kids and having breakfast in the covered area. The river across the road was a dreamy spot to have lunch and the kids and dog enjoyed a fresh dip! Thanks for having us. Robin and Lara 🌹🦋🍄🌸🏕

Maranup Ford is our favourite place to go when we need to chill out, relax and de-stress. It never fails to give us exactly what we need.
Everyone is so friendly, the sites are well spaced, the gardens and grounds are tended regularly and provide you with a never ending array of birdlife, ducks etc. Only 225 km from Perth it is the perfect long weekend escape (or longer if you can manage). It is far enough away from Bridgetown (12 km) to be quiet and calm, but close enough to nip down for extra supplies (but do buy your eggs from Cate as they are delicious) and to enjoy the odd morning tea/coffee or lunch.
There are any number of places to go and see, all within easy reach, but we usually just spend most of our time going for walks around the gorgeous gardens and enjoying the peace and quiet.
The amenities are not brand new, but are incredibly clean and with a good hot shower. What more can you ask for and all of this at an amazingly affordable price, considering what many parks are now charging.
Do yourself a favour and give this lovely park a try, I am sure that, like us, you will keep on returning.

I really didn’t want to leave a review as wanted to keep maranup ford a secret! The best caravan park I have stayed in. Beautiful gardens, beautiful trees, fantastic campfires. The sites are clean, grassy and shaded.
Looked stunning in spring and judging by the deciduous trees, stunning in autumn!
So many different birds as well.
Toilet facilities are clean and private, camp kitchen is awesome with GAS bbq!!
We can’t wait to come back and stay a bit longer!

Very nice location away from most traffic, easy access in and out, good amenities, clean, tidy. Suitable for camping as well. We had a great time while we were there.

Beautiful caravan and camp grounds. The trees, surrounding farm, and fantastic amenities really set it apart.
Thank you Phil and Cate for looking after us when we got evicted by the Bridgetown fire. Chooks, cat and dog also loved it.

An absolutely beautiful place to get away and relax. Great camping spots with lots of trees providing plenty of shade. The facilities are very clean and easily accessible. The host Cate was very kind and friendly.

There are plenty of bush walking trails, rivers and an awesome lake that is kids friendly near by.

We will 100% be coming back in the future.

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay lots of space, owners are lovely and kitchen and toilets/showers clean and tidy. Originally planned on a 3 day stay ended up staying for a week! Highly recommend!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our few days stay at this totally relaxing park. Lovely green grasses sites, plenty of trees and shade, very clean amenities and relaxed atmosphere. Hosts Cate and Phil very welcoming. The park has 14 powered sites and about 11 camp/unpowered sites making is ideal for those of us who prefer quieter camping. For those looking for chalet accommodation, the Lodge is first class. We will be back in 2021 with a group of 10.

This beautiful, intimate piece of heaven has managed to pair tranquility and efficiently with grace. Location is picturesque and full of beautiful birds and farm animals, and near to great walks as well as country towns for browsing and enjoying.Facilities well thought out and very clean. Caravan and camping spots grassed and spacious. Most definitely dying to visit again.
