Today I tried on bridal dresses for the first time. Maddy was absolutely fantastic and it was a great experience. I don't know if I have found my dress yet, it's early days for me and I still have plenty of time. She was awesome to explore ideas with, I was impressed at her collection, the variety of gowns and how many she let me try on (ten dresses all various shapes and cuts!) - highly recommend!

Maddie at Lukta Bridal is a prime example of genuine and professional customer service. I didn't end up purchasing my wedding dress from there, but I needed to leave her some positive feedback as my experience in her store was so great. The dresses are divine, nothing like what you see at other stores and the owner Maddie is so sweet, she made me feel so comfortable, had the most beautiful set up and was super helpful. We had the most incredible and relaxing experience at Lutka boutique. Maddie went above and beyond assisting my sister with her bridal gown shopping, as it can be such an overwhelming experience and we have been to a few other stores which made us feel like just another number as they were super pushy and it wasn’t a pleasant experience. Whereas Maddie made us feel like actual people and had so much knowledge in her gowns/evening wear. She was super helpful with suggesting what worked and what didn’t, and it was just an overall amazing experience. Lutka Boutique is THE bridal boutique to go to. I had amazing customer service via e-mail and in-store while I was in Australia.
