Snacks at the shop are delicious, and the overall cleanliness of the establishment is commendable. The service provided is friendly and accommodating. However, it seems that the samosas are not freshly made; they give the impression of being frozen ones from a bulk pack. Additionally, while the tea is satisfactory, there is much room for improvement. Nevertheless, the customer service remains good, with a positive and friendly approach.

What a disgrace when it comes to customer service. The woman behind the counter was yelling to someone on the phone and didn't acknowledge I was in the shop only to grab what I placed on the counter and still at the top of her voice continued her conversation. She finished ringing up the sale, looking up at me, grunting and continued to yell down the phone. NEVER WILL I SHOP THERE AGAIN. YOU ARE PATHETIC.
