Could not have asked for better service! Fast shipping (even in lockdown 2021 edition). Even though the spring collars didn't arrive, when I contacted the team to let them know they responded immediately and had them out to me on the same day. Product quality and price is excellent. Great price and service, ordered a pair of Nuobells on preorder and get them without any trouble. After a few months of use i did have an issue with one but they were able to promptly fix the problem for me under warranty without any fuss.

The website doesn have that many reviews and the prices seemed a bit too good so I was slightly suspicious when I made a large purchase recently. However my package arrived earlier than expected and is in good condition. Happy with my purchase.

Steve is very responsive and the cage and attachments that I purchased are well built and can take some punishment. The prices are competitive and their shipping is the cheapest i have come across. I am over the moon with my commercial package deal I purchased through Cyberfit. The HD1 power rack is strong, sturdy, and well made. The 510UB bench is comfortable and so far appears like it will stand the test of time, and the olympic weight plates are solid, however I needed to purchase a few extra plates as the package didnt include 25kg plates. The customer service and after sales service is fantastic and Steve from Cyberfit was very forward leaning with keeping me up to date with where my shipment was and quickly rectifying the one small item initially forgotten in my order. A few mates of mine chose to purchase their equipment from some of the bigger name brands around the same time as I ordered this and I can honestly say that for the quality, price, and customer service, I am so happy I decided to go with cyberfit instead of one of those other brands.

Just finished putting together my rack and bench set, which I bought from the guys this morning. Totally hassle-free experience and no upselling, which was hugely appreciated. Equipment is simple, no-nonsense and at a very fair price. Plus, it only takes a few bolts to assemble (which is great after a long day at work). Strongly recommended.

Wow! What a great business, went out of their way at every stage of the transaction and then after sales follow up to ensure everything was perfect for me. I do not think you could find a better supplier of equipment and expert advice. I bought benches and a cable crossover, dumbells, numerous weight plates which are superb, rubber floor mats (great and no smell) along with a functional trainer. By far the best retail and online experience I have ever had. Steve was very professional and exceeded my expectations. Nice guy. Bought a power rack from here back in 2008! It is still holding strong and robust. Got a whole bunch of weight lifting equipment from here and the quality, price and durability are second to none. Great store, great owner, highly recommended!
