The staff are always very helpful, we had fun shopping there recently for our granddaughters for Christmas. We've been a few times during the year since we moved to the area and had a wonderful shopping experience. Thanks Casey's

Called Campbelltown store to see if they had an item in stock. Was answered by a very friendly lady who went above and beyond to help me. Notified me that they didn't have that item in stock but looked up the stores that did have item and suggested call them and get store to door delivery.
Then called Wollongong store who were just as helpful and organised my delivery of said item. Absolutely brilliant customer service

Lego ppl friendly but beware! They change their sets up constantly. Buy when you see if can... might be gone the next week. They also have adult card games as well, just need to ask.

Thanks to the lady that was so helpful and patient when we were trying to find our young one a gift.

I too work in retail and find it very difficult to shop around so phoning stores is an easier alternative and it’s not easy finding people to take the time to take the call, especially at Christmas. They know what kids like and the category is delicate

When I go in their the staff are so amazing and very welcoming I really love the range of toys and games it's for everyone big kids like me and little ones everytime I leave they say have a good day and I really respect that I be going back to buy more stuff I would recomend coming to this toy store

Wonderful toy store with helpful staff and huge variety. I have been shopping here since they opened and every experience has been positive. Prices are better than the big names on most items and staff go the extra mile such as helping with large boxes or recommending great popular toys when purchasing gifts.
