I received a birthday present from my son (19th November) I received a trio tenor cap and two flavors
When I opened up the box (which was sealed with cellophane)
Opened the box (pretty excited as was what I was wanting)
Read directions followed accordingly
When came time to put together the chamber did not fit to the battery (screw was too small)
At the first opportunity I had which was today 21st November

Iattended Wollongong cignal shop to discuss and get problem resolved
The young woman serving was very polite however advised that she would have to speak with the owner.
She made a call to owner then came back only to advise that I he had said to come back on a weekday I expl this did not suite as I work full time and unable to attend during the week.
Girl kept saying this was as supplier was unavailable
I felt as this was not my issue that was between owner and supplier to sort.
However I should be able to still get a working device.
In addition and as explained to the girl I will be traveling for work and I wouldn't be able to get back for a few weeks.
Adding I needed sorted today
The girl (who remained calm and pleasant) reluctantly contacted the owner again
In the end owner would NOT do a replacement or refund (even though device faulty) did replace the chamber (I did except this) although was disgusted
With owners customer service attitude but felt I did not have anoth choice.
(As he was insisting it's up to the supplier) not how business is usually run (and against fair trading act)

I went home to set up device chamber did fit (and this was checked in the store) however battery now seems to have issues (doesn't switch between various wattages (just flashes )
I'm unsure however do believe battery may of been switched in shop (as I'm sure was working prior to going into the store)
Plus I had charged battery (when I got home now flat) (either battery only last 2 hours or ..

They usually have good customer service but last time I went in there the woman with the bob haircut was so rude. Not going back.

the Asian women very rude just hurry you up and snatches money now they have a guy does he know what he is doing well bad service

Went to the store at 9:45, 45 minutes past the advertising opening store time to find the store was shut and not open.

I’ve gone to go use this store and was closed in advertising opening hours was closed.
