Nicest port I've ever tasted. Bought 6 bottles home to Newcastle! Owner is a wonderful chill guy. Great to have a chat with. Will always come and visit Alexander the Great at the Timbertown winery!

Timbertown winery is within the timbertown museum. Don't be like me walking round and round to find it with google Maps, haha. You can get a free entry (15 minutes pass) if you are looking to purchase a bottle
Rustic shop with a very cheerful enthusiastic man passionate in introducing various ports in the establishment.
The vintage port is heavenly tasty, complex, thick, oily, and packed with oak flavour. Housed in a 40 year old French oak barrel, he poured me straight from the barrel for tasting and instantly got hooked.
Less intense God father port is sweet and goes down a bit too easily.
And finally the muscat is a must try and buy. Sticky, sweet, raisiny perfect on a warm winter night to sip.
A true hidden gem in the NSW, Port Macquarie.

Great wines, ports and musket. Left with a few bottles. Well worth a visit.

Excellent service from a very friendly and helpful owner. The wines are nice, but the aged ports are exceptional. The sparkling grape juice drink nos are very nice as well.i particularly like the apple Moscato and Grandfather port. Located within Timbertown the shop makes for a nice addition to the experience of the place. Timbertown winery also has a website for online delivery. A must visit.

Some of the best wines in this country will be ordering again and again a fantastic experience also the non alcoholic grape wine is too gooood try some you will love it now I need to get some more bottles ordered

The service is trash. We (3) mature aged seniors wanted to go to winery to taste wines & port but would only allow 1 person at a time to go in and buy wines !!! Or if we wanted to go as a group we needed to pay $28 each entry - that’s the standard charge to get into the timber town attraction. What the @“##! Never even such bad customer approach. If I could give zero stars I would.

Incorrect description. This winery cannot be accessed without paying entrance fee for the park. This is not explained at all and you may need to pay $28 to taste wines! No thanks.
