a very horrible experience for purchased battery, the man cheating me , he make me buy the wrong one first and told me i should pay more to buy other one to suit my car, when i request the refund, he told me he dont know how to do the refund and asked me come back next week. lucky the female boss call me, and i confirmed with this to her, she said he can do the refund if the battery is not the right one. the man listen to her but rude to me by threatening manner, he give me the more "expensive" battery cca. this is ridiculous, it is cheating, after i contact the female boss again, i went back to the store, he behaved more ugly rude to me. i request the fund but i would never went their again. he believed we are still in 200 yrs ago in middle east. pls tell him threatening customer could not help me make business, i dont know why the female boss will employ that aggressive man....

I placed an order and paid
I drove from Matraville 2036 yesterday to pick up my order (2 hours of drive) => Store impossible to find and in fact store closed definitively !!!
What's happen ????
