Hunter Valley Luxury Accommodation at Nightingale Wines

Thanks to all the staff for making our weekend so pleasant. Beautiful place to stay and the service from the staff was fantastic.Didn’t meet anyone who was staying there that had a negative thing to say about it. Katherine went above and beyond to make sure everything was at the highest level. Will definitely be coming back soon. Would highly recommend to anyone.

My husband & I had a two night stay at Nightingale's it is beautiful & peaceful. The villa was tidy & comfortable. The staff were lovely. We had a lovely weekend & bought 3 bottles of red. Thank you to the staff at Nightingales we will be back.

Wonderful tasting experience, and the best port I’ve ever had. Katherine (one of the owners) was friendly and welcoming — and she even suggested another nearby winery to visit that was also a great experience!

We the members of Blacktown Ponds Lions Club stayed at this wonderful place while on short getaway wine tasting trip.
Katherine Geering (owner) was extremely welcoming and gave us all a memorable wine tasting experience, we also shared some great stories. All staff are very helpful and have a friendly attitude towards all guests. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back esp to hear multi-talented husband of Katherine (Lawyer/Chef) play the piano, sing & entertain the guests.

Vineyards and views from the villas totally deserve a stay!

The staff is lovely and caring.
We had some problems with bookings and our reservation but Katherine and the staff made the stay perfect and unforgettable.

Absolutely brilliant winery it's a pleasurely drive out of Singleton nice location on farm land brilliant atmosphere brilliant stuff. Absolute brilliant port I absolutely love going there and grab a few bottles every year but you need to make sure the grapes are good or they won't Produce

The view of the vines and the mountains are just breathtaking from your Vila deck. Sit, relax and enjoy the rolling scenery from this amazing luxury accommodation. The apartment is exceptionally clean and spacious. Enjoy the spa enjoy a glass of wine and admire the vines.

Great location and nice rooms. Or room had a large spa and the bathroom looked fairly recently renovated. Really enjoyed walking up to kangaroos just outside our room and hot air balloons floating over the vineyard

We booked to be phoned and told the Chef was not working today, disappointed. So today for the first time as we usually go to Nightingale, we had lunch across the road at Margan Winery which was exquisite in service, food and location, so deliciously devine. The 5 Stars given in this review is from previous experience at Nightingale.

We did the wine tasting and had dinner. Lovely experience and they were really good with our baby. We'd definitely recommend it and are looking forward to drinking our wine at home.

Nighting Gail went above and beyond for our stay in the Hunter Valley. We requested if we could have early check in and late check out and they allowed this with no hesitation! They set up our room with a romantic vibe and nothing was to big or to little. We will be back!

Came for the wine tasting and we’re not disappointed. Greeted by the owner who was super friendly and lovely to talk too. The view is spectacular looking out at the Brokenback Ranges.

Had dinner in the Nightingale Restaurant at Broke in the Hunter Valley on Saturday night 22 March 2014 with my wife - fantastic! As a Queenslander I find this hard to admit but looking from the restaurant at dusk out over the vineyard and beyond to the Wollemi/Yengo National Parks in the Greater Blue Mountains was just beautiful!!
The menu, the wines, the staff and the boss in the restaurant were all great.
As a personal recommendation I'd suggest you try the poached pear sections with fetta wrapped in prosciutto but get in early as it's popular!!

Small menu but everything is amazing, and the 2010 Shiraz was a beautiful drop as well. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Will definitely be back again to try the rest of the menu.

Beautiful romantic getaway with vineyard views from your villa 😍 Hostess was very accomodating and made the wine tasting really fun. Restaurant is also top notch 👌

Look at that sky! I had the pleasure of staying at Nightingales, eating at Nightingales and also drinking at Nightingales. Wowzer! Don was looking after us and was lovely.

My accommodation was at Nightingale wines which I thought was a very central and great location. It was not far from Margan's, Stomp! Wines and the Starline Alpaca farm. The accommodation was lovely with a spa in the little villa, foxtel on the tv and kitchen facilities.

Great wine tasting experience, the staff was super friendly and we had a great time with her, thank you!
