I had carried out a complete rebuild on my property in Berowra Waters whilst living overseas. I started with one builder and then moved to another, the main issue with both being no fixed price or schedule, which as you can gather by living overseas is pretty hard to keep an eye on.

Ryan came along and took a good hard look at my project, delivered me some sensible advice and then provided a detailed quote and estimated timeline for completion.

He stuck to his quote and he delivered on time and I am very happy with the quality of the work done. I have additional works that I would like to complete in the not to distant future and I would not hesitate to use Ryan and his team again or recommend him to anyone looking for a builder in the Hawkesbury river area.

We are absolutely delighted with our new waterfront duplex. It was a long and at times difficult process due to being a sloping rocky riverfront block. There are always unexpected impediments (like finding a small cave during excavation) to any build. Ryan dealt with all of these issues in a calm measured way and ensured the outcome was satisfactory to us. To this day (it's been a year since we've moved in), Ryan is still accessible to us for any issues that arise and promptly rectifies them. He has a team of fantastic tradesman and there is nothing I look at and say 'well that could have been done better'. Ryan was more than happy at any time to find solutions to anything that came up and also to suggest ways to save money by making minor changes in the design and/or process.
