Battery World Bankstown

I haven't received traditional customer service this good in a very long time.

I purchased a new battery for my car this morning and had it installed by Aidan at Battery World, Bankstown. Aidan removed the old battery, cleaned up the calcification and corrosion which had built up around my old battery terminals and bracket, then installed the new one. He also used an OBD memory minder to ensure I didn't have to reprogram my clock and radio. The installation of the new battery and disposal of the old one was all part of the service and I didn't have to pay a cent more. Talking and getting to know Aidan while he was helping me out was an absolute pleasure.

I actually expected it to be a straight swap and go, but it was much more than that, Aidan meticulously cleaned everything and definitely exceeded my expectations. Service like that is seldom seen these days. Well done!

Wonderful customer service, reasonably priced, came out promptly in the time promised, friendly repair technician and done in 20 minutes (including clearing out all the error codes).

I went in for a replacement of my car battery. I was assisted by Shaloom who was helpful in examining my current car battery and advised what my options were. He installed the battery and cleared the error codes using an OBD reader. The entire process was very smooth and I was impressed that it took about 30minutes. Such a good service!

I needed a new battery for a robovac. From ordering through to pickup the team provided very courteous customer service.

Fantastic customer service provided by staff member Elisha. Warm welcome and detailed explanation of each product. Also Tech Ethan, not just replaced the battery, he also diagnosed after install and found that he had to reset the stop/start function which has saved me from the inconvenience of returning for the fault. The service was impeccable. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to buy and have the battery replaced. Ahanaf was exceptional in the service and professionalism in the replacement of the battery in the car. The female service assistant was also excellent when I first approached the store and enquired about the battery replacement. I would recommend that anyone needing their assistance in relation to their battery worries to contact or go see them. You won’t be disappointed in the service they provide. What a fantastic experience it has been dealing with the battery world at Bankstown . Phoned in to confirm battery and price, Alesha, I think took my call and advised and confirmed that I probably had wrong battery in van. Gave me price and advice around having the correct battery in the vehicle . Asked me to come in so they can check that everything is as it should be, it wasn’t, . Alesha was busy, spoke to Michael instead , Micheal tested the battery and ensured the alternator was doing its job. They were very thorough and professional.

Exceptional service. Ethan was the store rep who had a very pleasant attitude. Explained and did the battery installation and helped me top up some of the consummables in car which were low; i had just purchased this car 2nd hand. Top service, very helpful and pleasant calm and professional experience. Top notch!

I rang Battery world due to flat battery and a young man from Bankstown came out named Ethan. He was honest and efficient in replacing my battery. He was a lovely young kid. Battery World should be happy to have such a great employee.

What amazing and great customer service! Thank you Antonio and Ahanaf! You guys were great! At such short notice they helped not only to install a new battery, they also cleaned up any corrosion around the battery leads! Ahanaf went above and beyond as he noticed alot of missing screws and replaced them instantly free of charge! All done so quickly! These guys are worth more than a 5 Star rating! Excellent service! No one needs a dead battery, especially on a day when your car insurance is due.
Well mine died today. Luckily BW Bankstown had a choice of battery, installed, tested the alternator just to ensure everything was tickity boo. Free installation.
What’s not to love?
Really great service. As a woman it’s nice just to be treated like a person when it comes to car issues.

Ethan had great customer service! Assisted me today with getting a new battery after having issues with it. Extremely helpful and had a positive attitude!

Today I went out to get lunch, when I returned to my car I discovered a flat battery… awkward, inconvenient and requiring me to ask for help.
A colleague came to my rescue, we got my car started I went back to work and the boss said call Battery World.

It was a great experience, I called, spoke to Hijar, he had the battery I needed and the price was cheaper than on the website. Already things were looking up!

At 4pm, I finished work, jump started my car and headed to Battery World Bankstown. When I arrived, Hijar installed my battery, at no extra cost, and his colleague sorted out the bill. By the time I had paid, new battery was installed and I was on my way.

The team at Battery World Bankstown were awesome. Tested my old battery to confirm charge capacity and found it was only holding 50% charge. They replaced it at a good price as i shopped around and the battery they put in was manufactured this month. Also changed my remote battery for free and disposed of my old battery. Thanks Hijo and Aliet!

Great service and installation. Quick and easy. Bought a battery 2.5 yrs ago and then it went flat on me. They replaced it under warranty with no issues.
