I went in here looking for a base guitar for my child; they didn't have what I was looking for. That didn't stop the young gentleman from still showing me what I should get; giving me great advice about the size and how to tune it. He knew I wasn't going to get anything from them; yet took the time to spend with us - what great customer service.

I ordered a flute to be delivered to North America. Zach especially was super helpful in getting it organized and ready. He was responsive and knew how to go about checking things for me and preparing for shipping at a certain time. I bought a very nice Pearl flute on sale. It arrived remarkably quickly, well packed, and am very happy with the product and dealing with Dural.

Amazing prices, and even better customer service. Ordered a bass online and was shipped earlier than the expected shipping date, everything was of high quality. Minor aesthetic issues, however it was not an issue caused by Dural Music, yet they still offered compensation. Cannot recommend this place enough

I popped in quickly today only to realise it was 15 minutes before closing time. I was after a guitar 🎸- the sales guy was so friendly and patient with all my questions.

He helped me select the perfect guitar for me In just 15 minutes!

I took my clarinet here to get it serviced as they offered the fast track option. They exceeded my expectations when they got it done in less than 48 hours! Great customer service, will return again!

We were looking for the additional cymbal for our son's drum set over the weekend and met Zaki at Dural Music Center Castle Tower whom helped us.
And I just would like to say thank you very much, again Zaki! You’ve been really helpful, did your best to attend my last minute order, even did all of the research to provide me options in such a short time, so that I can give it on time for my son’s birthday. It means a lot for us.
The cymbal arrived even earlier that expected and Zaki quickly contacting us and taking care of everything.

I just wanted to say a huge thanks for all your hard work and help and professionalism over the past couple of months. I ordered a clarinet for my brother back in February, and due to the floods in Lismore at the time it was not delivered. A replacement one was ordered and has just been delivered to him. Thank you for all your help with following up with the courier company on the missing instrument, and your help with securing a replacement clarinet for him. I am so pleased I chose a local company to use and would recommend Dural Music Centre to anyone requiring help and advice for an instrument.

Zach is an absolute legend, super friendly and knowledgable

The music shop staff are very friendly, obliging & knowledgeable. There's a great range of instruments, lesson books & music available. If you can't find a particular score it's no trouble to have it ordered in for you. Lots of friendly, patient, professional teachers available at the music school for all levels. A great place to take up a new hobby for the young & more mature.

Great staff and items. There is always a good selection of musical items available for purchase, including many different books and instruments as well as different instrumental accessories. The staff are friendly and helpful. I rented a saxophone which I have now purchased and like it quite a lot. Overall a great place.

The instruments looks like they’re in good condition

I had a problem with my son's flute today and we needed it fixed asap due to an upcoming band rehearsal. I went to a local music shop in Carlingford who said it will take 2 weeks to fix and cant do anything about it, didnt even try! I then went to Dural expecting a similar response but Tyler there was just amazing. Such a "can-do" guy who looked at the problem and went out of his way to get it fixed on the spot !!! Thanks guys. You ROCK !
