The Superkraut Dill is as good as it gets in Australia. Being from Germany I love my Sauerkraut. Wished there was a general original one without dill. So many different ones, but not the regular one. Out of all in Australia my favourite one though. 🙏🏻

Awesome tasting, super healthy food. We love it, our Son love it and having a small child ask for more Kefir and sauerkraut is joy to a parents ears. All the food is made with love and deep understanding. Definitely a top class business.

I've been a fan of PLV for a few years now, but I've just tasted the smoked Chilli Super Kraut for the first time. It's next level awesomeness! We are about to find out if it's possible to OD on Kraut.

I really appreciate the way they are making true sauerkraut with the natural fermentation process without all the vinegar, etc you usually get in other sauerkrauts. All the recipes are delicious, however, I really really wish there was a "no frills" sauerkraut ; just a plain one made with cabbage and salt. I think a lot of people might appreciate it because , like me, the reason they eat it in the first place is because there are gut issues there. Gut issues sometimes mean food allergies and there are many things that I react to in the other recipes such as the mixture of fruits and vegetables in the Dill Kraut and the horseradishy taste in the Tasmanian Seaweed, and the strong flavors in the kimchi. I usually make my own which I adore, but don't always have time and I would be a devoted customer should you decide to make a plain version!
