The team at Image Eyewear are friendly and offer a very professional service with high quality lenses and a diverse range of glasses to choose from. Patsy and Andrea were very helpful (and patient!) helping me choose new frames. Excellent customer service.

First and foremost the staff are amazing! Very friendly and welcoming, extremely helpful with a lot of great advice. They have a solid selection of products at excellent prices and the services they offer are top notch! You’re doing yourself an injustice by not visiting Image Eyewear!

Very impressed with personalized service. Focus was on my eyewear needs and not selling the most expensive frames. I learnt that I can replace my lenses in future as well when it’s time to upgrade. Every staff member happy to help and very friendly, local business.

They let me try on every pair of glasses in the shop and took as long as needed to get the fitting correct. Would definitely recommend 😊

I have been dealing with Image Eyewear for over ten years. They are so expert in what they do. I have just had my eye test with them. I needed new glasses and they helped me pick a lovely pair. I have them now and they were wonderful when I picked them up. I could not recommend them highly enough.

The optometrist and front desk staff here are so lovely. The optometrist was attentive to all my concerns and seemed to genuinely care about my eye health which was so great to see. I have a lot of eye problems so I know I’m not the simplest patient! Appointments ran on time and there was a great selection of equipment. I’m glad this is my new local optometrist and I can’t wait to continue coming back here as it’s been such a pleasant experience :)

Great selection of high quality frames to suit most budgets, quality lenses, and they will happily run through the various options on lenses to get what you need & can afford rather than just move you as quickly as possible or get as much $$ out of you as possible like some other places.

Having “redesigned” my glasses by walking into a tree, Image Eyewear repaired them without charge and I am confident that they have a customer for life.

At my recent visit the service provided by Andrea was outstanding. She happily and very competently spent a considerable amount of time helping me choose frames and made a lot of helpful suggestions about options for glasses including fitting new lenses into old frames.
