Excellent service from Sean and the team at Brisbane Motorcycles. Sean got me set with an amazing MT03 and went above and beyond to get it to me asap. He was more than happy to answer any and all questions I had (this was my first bike purchase) and kept me in the loop the whole way.

Also introduced me to the guys upstairs to get me sorted with my gear and they were all extremely helpful as well. Overall excellent service and highly recommend the whole team for your motorcycling needs!

Sean (Service Dept) answered my concerns about a bike being purchased elsewhere by my daughter. Even though he was busy (Sat morn), he didn’t hesitate in providing estimates, advice, service records and assistance with options. Overall, Sean is experienced and has a great attitude with customers, is very professional and knowledgeable. A real asset to the dealership. If he is typical of the company, I can see why the dealership has such a great reputation and been around for 30yrs. Highly recommended.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Greg, Dajon, Aaron and the rest of the team at Brisbane Motorcycles. After a numerous delays with getting my original black Transalp, the team were able to get a customer to swap colours with me so I could have my bike before QLDs last weekend until Christmas. Credit where it’s due, they were great to deal with and kept me up to date!

So walk in and when they are not busy saling everything that's not bolted down.

You will be well looked after. Parking bit of a mess with the location. You may need to walk down to them but who couldn't use a few extra steps.

Always bring my bikes here for services. Had an issue with broken key in pannier and an issue with bike cutting out as well as general service and new tyres. Extremely happy with everything.

A very pleasant experience. Thank you to Manager Sean and staff Sharpe and other team members for their help. Overseas students with poor English can also smoothly order complete vehicles and various accessories, and the prices are good. They are extremely knowledgeable and patient. The store is also rich in popular motorcycles and various accessory products. There is no mandatory promotion. If there are various price ranges for similar products, they will provide various solutions for buyers to choose from themselves. Overseas students and travelers from regions like China with more restrictions on motorcycle driving, like me, are worth a try.

I saw this bike for sale the second it was posted online. Contacted the shop online, Josh called me immediately. The deal was done over the phone, despite the fact I hadn't actually see the bike. After speaking with Josh I decided to trust him when he said this was perfect. Josh arranged transport from Qld to NSW and a week or so later my new bike arrives, exactly as described but better than I imagined. Perfect. I'd happily recommend Josh, he was 100% true to his word. A very fast, smooth and painless transaction.

I recently purchased a new bike and dealt with Tyler, he was very helpful & always responded promptly with any questions in regards to my purchase.

The bike was fitted with some accessories in a timely manner and the bike was delivered to my doorstep which Tyler oversaw.

I called Shaun 3 weeks ago to book my Goldwing in for a major service. I found him to be very friendly and professional. I dropped my bike off on a Monday and picked it up on the following day. Shaun even had a loan bike waiting for me. The bike runs as good as new and I am more than happy with the whole experience.

I’d like to say a big thank you to Mitch Bell for helping me with my purchase, my wonderful little Honda Dio scooter. He was absolutely fantastic. Took me for two tests ride and one of those was in the rain. He really looked after me and being a new rider I felt very safe with him. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He’s a real asset to the company. Also thank you to Dave for for helping.

The only thing I could comment on was having to pay full price for a brand new scooter with no negotiation for discount. Even a Honda key ring or a nice red bow on the bike would have left a nice aftertaste. But apart from that I’m a happy girl 😊.
