Coles Crows Nest

A well organised Coles where finding things is easy. They stock some brands that other Coles may not have, so it always makes me wanna come back to this Coles. Plenty of check out counters so waiting time is always within 5 mins. Parking is good with easy entry point at side street and parking spaces are not tight.

Amazing experience on the opening weekend. Quite possibly the best new Coles in Sydney - especially due to the super-intuitive parking underneath. This new Coles will be a massive hit with the locals. I was disappointed when Coles decided to shut down the St Leonards store, but this opening has more than made up for it.

Brilliant new store, bright airy and fully stocked, bulk buy items available and fresh pre-made meals including sandwiches available, thank you Coles!, bought a fresh grain bread sandwich with chicken and crispy salad.

It is an excellent alternative to my primary supermarket.

Much nicer than the one at Lane Cove, self serve staff are proactive, helpful and the machines work well. Better layout too and not cluttered with boxes late at night. I almost gave up on Coles till I found this store.

I feel this Coles is bigger. Always has parking space. Items stocked. The only thing is some meat items available in other Coles are not available here. Example chicken liver,

extremely clean and wonderful staff. Awesome fresh food and meats section

Easy parking available and great variety of products

One of the nicest supermarkets I've been to, it's new, clean and staff are amazing. Saturday night the people in Self Serve were extremely helpful and very polite. The only issue I have is they keep changing the layout but, it doesn't cause too much issue.

Fantastic place for shopping for groceries

My first time visited Coles Crowsnest, Extremely impressed by a gorgeous pink hair lady in Deli, April. She knows what she is doing with an explained its content of the fishes and hams. ​Great customer service with a huge smiley face.

Massive Coles with a great product range and plenty of underground parking. Shout out to Dominic who's been on the assisted checkout the last two times I've been through and although that looks like the most tedious shift allocation he's gone out of his way to be helpful both times.

I love shopping at Coles because they are generous giving me 10,000 rewards points for spending $60 a week in single shop for 4 consecutive weeks. This really help me save money every month. The store also always offers great discounts every week.

A lot of thought has gone into access. Separate entry and exit points to the store are a genius idea. Easy car park access with double entry doors from opposite ends of the carpark to the stores is also helpful. Buying the same food (but better) but taking less time to do so will ensure that I return regularly.

Well stocked and spacious supermarket. Thanks especially to Aamer who took the trouble of going out the back to find a bunch of chives for me, when I asked him whether any were available (he found the location, shelf empty). Excellent customer service, thanks Aamer.

Great store! This is a nicely designed mixed use building with apartments above. Staff are friendly and helpful. Trading hours also longer than other stores. Opens at 6am to midnight.

I'm constantly surprised at the good service at this Coles. Occasionally a few half-awake teenage guys at the checkout that don't want to be there, (I remember those days) but when ever i need a hand finding something the staff drop everything so fast to help me.

This morning I had to return a few chicken products that had gone off before the used by date, and the south asian woman at the service counter was remarkably helpful to refund me even though I didn't have a receipt. It was actually a difficult experience for her, as she was a vegetarian handling expired meat products but she still did her best to provide a high level of service and it really showed.
The guys in the butcher also dropped what they were doing to help me find some better replacements for what I returned.

In Coles Crows nest I found my first impression of this place wa that it is a rather clean and safe place to be in. Overall I found most if the staff generally had good customer service and were polite and friendly to me. It was not overly crowded and did seem to be quite focus safe. The parking I found was actually quite convenient. I'd recommend this place Coles Crows nest to others. I'll try to go back soon and get some photos to loan onto this.
