Acacia Plan Management has been taking care of my ndis for more than a year now and I can honestly say that I trust them completely and appreciate everything they do for me.
I have a coordinator and lots of different supports and everything runs like clockwork. I am always kept up-to-date on all expenditure and all of my team report being paid on time, in full, every time. I am reimbursed anything I submit on the same day it's approved.

I moved my son's funding over about 12+ months ago to Acacia after we had issues with a previous plan manager and Ann and Nina made the transition so smooth with no issues at all. Since I've been with them I have had zero issues. Both Ann and Nina are always on top of everything. I get monthly statements which are easy to follow. Acacia has taken alot of stress away from me which has been amazing and leaves me the time to do other things. They are also very helpful and pay invoices as soon as possible and I know this first hand as I'm also a support worker with clients that use Acacia Plan Management. 2 strokes left me blind and my brain is a mess. I got NDIS funding 12 months ago. I have been totally lost. A friend found great reviews for Acacia so I worked out how to appoint them. They were terribly helpful setting up and have since given invaluable advice as I find service providers. They are amazing, so much more than payment processors. I am quite shocked at how patient and helpful they have been. Now I'm making real progress getting it all sorted. So grateful for the help.

I highly recommend The Acacia plan management group. I'm a 53 year old female who was Diagnosed at the age of 40 with MS and now am legally blind.
