GREAT SERVICE. From walking into the store for my initial eye test, to walking out of the store with my glasses, I found the whole experience, with all members of the team, easy, prompt, professional and pleasant. The range of frames on offer and lens options were great, and the team's ability to deliver with some urgency was very much appreciated. Highly recommended.

The optometrist who I saw, Jess, was really friendly and great. Belinda out the front was very helpful too. Very professional, knowledgeable and personable staff made the experience a positive one.

Jess and Belinda were so friendly and knowledgeable! I had previously gone to another budget provider and had a terrible experience so it was great to be treated by professionals again. Thanks team, can’t wait to get my new glasses ☺

Definitely recommend OPSM The Gap the ladies Kylie and Belinda in the front were super helpful and friendly. While the optometrist Nina was amazing with clear with all the information and different options to choose from.

A lovely welcoming store. The optometrist was very gentle and reassuring and I can’t say enough positive things about the ladies particularly Belinda who patiently went through every frame I tried on. Would absolutely recommend ❤

A wonderfully professional, friendly and helpful place to have eye tests, receive assistance in choosing suitable frames etc. The optometrists and reception staff are so welcoming and so ready to help in whatever way they can, always with a smile.

Alan is simply brilliant. He takes the time to thoroughly test, review and discuss your options. The team are also extremely helpful and friendly. I'm happy to say I've found my new optometrist and will be recommending Alan and the team to everyone that will listen. :)

My daughter (5) had her first eye test today. I cannot speak more highly of the optometrist who helped us. She was so kind, positive and empathetic, my daughter went from being wary of the experience to having fun and being excited about each new part of the process. You’re fortunate to have wonderful people like them work there.

I can honestly say I have never meet friendlier, more informative and customer focused staff at any other optometrists before. We are moving and will miss Alan and Belinda, Kylie and all the staff, they are great people, fun to chat with and can't thank them enough for all their help to me and my daughter over the past 9 years in The Gap.

I booked in an eye-test to take a second opinion about a prescription (from another shop/chain) I wasn't entirely convinced with. I've worn glasses for almost 30 years and was actually lucky to come across this shop. Very experienced optician and sales staff who offered great advice after a thorough a check-up.

I have never been more impressed with a suggested product - EVER!!!
Past experience left me dubious about changing to multifocals but on the advice of your wonderful optometrist, and the support of the lovely ladies in choosing frames, I can honestly say my life has changed for the better. I can now see clearly, don't have to keep taking glasses on and off depending on distance etc (and ultimately losing them 17 times a day) and with some tweaking to get me the right pair for the computer I am now living with 20/20 vision!!
And now with prescription sunnies I'm complete - thank you OPSM, you have made my life great!!

Going to the OPSM in The Gap is never a chore. Belinda and Kylie looked after me today and we all had a chuckle as I picked some new glasses.

The new glasses were to replace some others which I purchased from them about 3 months ago. They have been a bit of a pain.
Belinda and Kylie suggested that I change frames, so they guided me through the options, then processed the new glasses without charging me a fee or anything.
In fact I got $7 back. A Schooner of beer coming my way, along with some new glasses. Happy days!
