Honest mechanics. My partner took my car for a service. They charged exactly what they quoted. They said cars of this age usually need spark plugs replaced, but it didn’t need it. Other mechanics would have done the change just to charge for it. Thanks :)

Cannot recommend enough!! My partner and I have been using Lance for a couple of years now and he is BY FAR the best and most trust worthy mechanic I’ve ever used. Not only is his price extremely reasonable but he goes above and beyond to help you out.

Lance and the team have looked after our vehicles for a number of years. Recently he took the time to do plan and do a list of items in readiness so I could our 2nd hand car over to a family member. Lance always took the time to explain and made everything was done to his high standards. Pricing was fair and also really clear. A few weeks later, there was a minor issue and he took care of that on the spot and also helped and fixed another issue. The point being, the level of service is bloody great and nothing is to much trouble. Highly highly recommended. Thanks Lance.

I highly recommend Lance and the team at Bermay Automotive. Lance has been looking after my cars for many years now as the head Mechanic and he now owns the business. I recently had one of my cars serviced and serviced very well I might add. I ran into some trouble later on and within 20 mins he had one of his mechanics come out to me and Lance followed shortly later. The next day Lance fixed the problem with the car for FREE that was totally unrelated to the service and could not have been picked up.A loan car was also offered to me. INCREDIBLE customer service. Go no further than these guys for all your car servicing.

I have been taking my vehicles to Bermay for a few years now and since Lance has taken over I have not noted a decline in any way. Lance and his team have gone above and beyond in every instance and they haven’t charged at times for work when they could have.

Great service at this shop. Took my car in for a RWC and was found to have a few issues that needed to be fixed. Was advised on phone exactly what these issues were and given a reasonable time estimate to get the parts and complete the work. When picking up the car was given a thorough run down of work completed and issues to keep an eye out for the future. Cannot recommend enough. Will definitely be returning for all future mechanical work.

I turned up at Bermay Automotive at very short notice with a faulty VW Golf fuel cap not opening. Not only that, the battery gave up fortunately for me at the workshop surprising considering that my local VW service centre had serviced the car. Keith went way above and beyond what I would have expected considering that my local VW service centre could not see the car till the following week by which time, I would have truly run out of petrol. I would highly recommend Keith for his exceptional service and attention. I can not speak highly enough of him and am truly grateful for helping me out in a difficult spot. Thanks very much Keith!
