I had an exceptional experience with Ann and the team at Sunset Auto Repair. They were both friendly and professional and took care of everything regarding fixing my car after a non-fault accident.
Ann was approachable, responsive, and she was very knowledgeable dealing with the other party, handling the repair seamlessly. My nearly new car looks flawless post-repair; the damage is completely invisible. I highly recommend their services! Ann I couldn’t have done it without out your help. Thank you ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely fantastic service from Ann and the team at Sunset. We've had both of our cars body work and paint fixed here. Most recently a full respray and repair. Totally flawless work, and affordable too. They went above and beyond and even made sure the interior of my car was as spotless and nice as the outside is now (I have 3 kids, so it's general state is mess!). Thank you Ann and team. These guys are the bees knees of smash repairs. They do wonderful work and aren’t worried about the fan fair of marketing and sales - just the results of their service, which is first class.

Great experience getting my Mercedes repaired here. They went out of their way to come to my house to provide quote. Then when the car was at the shop, Ann provided regular updates on progress. Their communication and friendliness were second to none. Highly recommend.

Great service. Staff were upfront and considerate when discussing pricing, clearly communicated to schedule repairs around needing the car for work, and had excellent attention to detail. Had an annoying scrape of my front wheel arch from a random in a carpark - and then stupidly I had an incident leaving a small dent on the rear panel in my near new EV. (I know... how can you do that with all those sensors?! Bad day!)

Haven't ever needed to have any panel work done, so wasn't sure what to expect. I rang my mechanic to check if the quote from Sunset Auto was ok, and he said it was good value. My car bonnet had some rust spots and had to be sanded, rust dealt with, primed and repainted (or something like that!). Now it looks like it would have when the car was brand new (the car is ten years old) and the colour matching is perfect. Ann was lovely to deal with, and they even dropped my car back on their way home, as it was difficult for me to pick it up again. Would definitely go back again. If I was going to sell the car in the future, I would look at getting the whole car done (there are lots of little scratches).
