Great company to deal with if you have Smeg appliances. Special thanks go to Lani from spare parts, who has gone up and above her duty to send a part free of charge down to the Smeg agents in Gold Coast in record time, so my dishwasher could be fixed. Also thank you to Helen who has helped me with parts (oven door glass ha ha ha, as I broke it a few times) over the years, at a very reasonable price. Thank you guys. You are the best!

I purchased a kettle / toaster at Myers last January during the sales for my new kitchen. The Smeg kettle and toaster was aesthetically appealing for my new kitchen. My toaster of 10months ceased working. The lever wouldn’t stay down to toast. I contacted Wood Enterprises and was told to bring the toaster in for the service team to inspect. Upon arriving I was served by a pleasant lady who took details to investigate. On her return, she advised me that a Sales representative had authorised to have it replaced. I am very impressed with both of these ladies and their service. Thank you for such good service.

Arranged to fix our SMEG oven with no issues, particularly Brendan with the warranty service team was excellent and his expert knowledge was instrumental in describing the unique issue we were experiencing. Thank you again for your excellent customer service Brendan, it is most appreciated.

My mother had a problem with her oven. I called Wood and the first thing was the way the phone was answered. Happy and welcoming. I then got transferred to the service department and it was the same. The lady said I think we can fix it over the phone. 2 minutes later it was working. the whole experience was WONDERFUL. Thank you for making my day.

Another service matter resolved quickly and efficiently. Element blew on Sunday night. Spoke with Kristie on Monday morning. Quoted, parts sourced and service call booked in on Tuesday. Josh arrived on time on Thursday (2 days before Xmas!). The only person who has serviced the oven over its 14 year life. Experience counts. Reliable and efficient ... again!

We have a number of SMEG appliances and had a recurring issue with an oven which Woods persisted with until it was fixed. A recent problem with a SMEG rangehood was badly misdiagnosed as needing a new motor when the nut had come off the fan. This should have been fixed on the spot as part of the $99 service call rather than offering to put in a new motor. Once fixed, we contacted Woods and they agreed to refund the service fee - a generous and responsible result. Thank you Woods. I have no hesitation in recommending this company for their willingness to resolve problems even if there is a bump along the way.

I just want to commend a lady I have been dealing with at wood enterprises. Her name is Helen Bromley. I have had some issues with my smeg oven and cooktop lately and Helen has been one of the best after sales service agent I know and have experienced for quite some time.
I commend her on her service and commitment to her job. Helen is very efficient at her job and can outsource a local repair agent within a day.

I should have travelled the extra miles to have my microwave fixed there instead of at Wholsesale Appliance Supplies who could do with some lessons from your staff in regard to providing reasonable service.

Dropped my microwave in at closing time that had failed under warranty - they had it fully repaired by 10:00am the following morning. Amaze!

I have contacted Wood Enterprises numerous times about a warranty claim on my brand new $7000 Smeg oven. Since providing my claim details I have had no response despite multiple follow ups. Hopeless service for such an expensive premium product. I currently have an unusable oven. Please respond to my emails or call me back.

Very Responsive BUT Zero actions taken

We have a Smeg dishwasher faulty, and it has been more than 2months - we are still without a working machine!

You would think Smeg being a expensive brand would come with good customer service. Well think again! I have a faulty cheap item replaced via Appliance Online quicker than this Smeg!

Waiting nearly 3 weeks + for parts that we are told is not carried by agent on the Gold Coast. When notified employee from Woods curtly suggested the agent cannot carry all parts. Agent ordered parts from Woods / Smeg but the company could not supply total order. Machine is 9 months old and rarely used. Smart remarks from Woods to an 80 year old with no effort to solve the issue. Obviously staff at Woods do not understand consumer laws protection for consumers.

It is the company with the worst product quality and service ever. I have spent in excess of $700 3 years back to buy an integrated top of the range convection microwave with a trim kit to go in my new house. Just at the three year mark the oven stopped working, so I approached the local Smeg dealer to see if I could buy a new one. To my disappointment the model was not in production anymore and the new ones are of different dimensions. So I was left with no option but to spend another $300 to get it repaired at Woodgroup in Virginia. It has now been over 3 weeks that I left the microwave for repair and I am still waiting to hear back. Shame on you Smeg.

Lack of communication caused much stress. Wood Enterprises advised that the technician would give me a call 30 minutes prior to arriving. Technician phoned and said he was on my doorstep and as I could not get home immediately he left. Customer service failed.
