They are extremely reliable, they serviced my car in a reasonable time.
They did a thorough investigation in my diesel car and found out a problem that two other large car repair centres couldn't find.
In addition, for the cherry on the top, they are not expensive at all.

Ronaldo and his team are bloody amazing. They are so warm and so welcoming and always fit me in whenever I need a quick service! Their work and skills are fantastic and very quick. I never had any issues with my diesel Ute. I highly recommend them to all of my friends probably the only mechanic that I would actually recommend I’ve had some seedy ones in the past who have overcharged me but Ronaldo and Paulo are very honest and very warm!!

One of the only mechanics I know that I would recommend in QLD. No one is ripping you off these guys were very helpful and helped me when I had an emergency situation. They fitted me in the same day I called and finished the job quickly and well. Found my new mechanic.

Great customer service! This such a consistently honest, reliable and well run shop. Hard to find and so appreciated.Their service reps and mechanics are amazing, and the only oil you'll find in their garage is the real stuff in the pans and on their hands. They do things better than any mechanical shop around, and if they don't fix it the first time, they make good on their work and their word.

Friendly, quick service. Within a week they ordered in the part needed to repair my window and it all got fixed for a reasonable price. Will definitely go back if I have any issues with my car in the future!

Extremely happy with the customer service I received taking my Holden Captiva to JR Auto. Being a women there is sometimes a sub conscious fear of being "ripped off" when taking my car to get a service. I can 100% say that I did not feel uncomfortable in anyway and now feel confident that I can trust and rely on a great service. I will now be taking my car here every time. I took my car to Jr Auto Service after i got quotes from 2 Mechanics to fix couple of things for Road Worthy Inspection. It was less cheaper and I have the option to pay with Zip Money.
Addition to passing my Vehicle Inspections, the service was splendid.
