We had our incredible wedding at The Warehouse on Oct 1. Huge thanks to Meg, Cassie and The Warehouse team for their exceptional support, especially to Meg, whose dedication and passion made our day truly unforgettable. We are beyond grateful for her hard work and for making our wedding day perfect.

One word: BIANCA! This girl is the backbone of this venue. Not only is she polite, efficient and helpful, she is also dedicated, easy going and filled with love for her job. From start to finish, she was an absolute gem to deal with. She made our whole experience easy and without questions. When we did have questions, she had them answered for us leaving us stress free. Yes the venue is gorgeous and was breathtaking when we walked in, but the service is what had us and our guests talking. The wait staff were super attentive and super fun. Always had a smile on their faces and never had to ask them to do anything as they were always one step ahead! And massive shout out to Jenna who was there for us leading up and on the day who stepped in to help and made it seem like she'd been here throughout the entire process. She is a gun! These two ladies are assets to this group. Thank you so much two these two jets and the wonderful waitstaff at hand xxxx Sarah and Brandon.
PS - huge thanks to the team that had to clean up all that confetti. It was gone in like 10 minutes!

We'd like to thank Cassie and Meg for the great job they did with the planning and coordination of our wedding. Megs communication and organisational skills were outstanding. She made sure everything was running on time. The other staff couldn't have been more professional and helpful during the event as well. The Warehouse is a great central place to have your ceremony and reception!

GREAT VENUE. Staff are very attentive. Beautiful tast finger food on offer. Everything was up to standard. First visit to this venue. Work Christmas party event. Had a fabulous time. Highly recommended.

Our wedding at The Warehouse was better than we ever could have dreamed. Such a stunning location. Meg was nothing short of amazing when it came to bringing our wedding day to life. She went above and beyond, was always quick to reply to questions and emails. Meg listened to everything we wanted for our special day. On our wedding day itself she coordinated everything absolutely perfectly, and was even roaming around with a Polaroid camera for our guest book, she really went above and beyond for us. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

The warehouse is a unique functions, events
venue in the heart of Brisbane's Fortitude Valley. Beautiful loft-style ceiling, original archway windows and exposed brick walls. The place is occasionally hosts the classics LGBTQI+ parties Fluffy and Slay!

Have been going to this club for over 15 years and it's still 1 of Brisbane's best niteclubs & best nights out with world class decor, lighting and a sound system that will blow your mind, be prepared to become part of the Family.

Excellent venue, very well organised and the fact that they had aircon on full all night was gold. Well be looking out for more acts to see there in the future.

Went here to see Code Black. Was an amazing night. Great venue, bar staff were fairly fast considering how many people there were. Pretty annoying they only had down stairs open. Would have been nice to go on the balcony and watch code Black from above. All in all though good venue. Will be back

We recently had our wedding (ceremony and reception) at The Warehouse on Sat 8/4/23, with approx. 80 guests. We had an absolutely amazing time, and could not recommend this venue highly enough! It is beautiful, in a nice central location, everything you need is in the one place, and the staff are excellent.

Massive thank you to Meg (who was our main coordinator for our wedding), she ran everything like a true professional, and kept us up to date every step of the way. It made things so much more relaxed for us knowing we had her running things! She was cool, calm and collected the whole time. Also a big thank you to Cassie, who first showed us the venue and did our initial run-sheet – another absolute pro!

We opted for playlists (no band or DJ) and it was still awesome! Their tech guy (sorry not sure his name) queued everything up perfectly, and we had a dance floor to go hard at.

In case anyone is wondering, the food was phenomenal, many of our guests have said it was some of the best wedding food they have ever had. As my now wife is Fiji-Indian, we wanted to have some curry/naan served, which the Chef was able to do – and it was delicious!

Beyond happy with our wedding here, hope to be back for a pure guest experience!

We had our wedding at The Warehouse and found the whole experience wonderful. Very reasonably priced for what you get and they don't skimp on quality or service. They were very accommodating and tailored the package to our budget. I can't imagine how stressful the wedding would have been if we didn't have the wedding coordinators (Meg and Jenna). They made the whole day run seamlessly. The food and service was also excellent. We would recommend The Warehouse to anyone planning their wedding.

A wonderful experience for a larger crowd. We had the shared menu and found it ample and delicious for all guests. The service was exceptional, with personal mention to Bianca who has natural leadership skills. I would recommend this venue wholeheartedly. The roof top area is perfect for a break away site. The staff catered to our needs perfectly despite the challenges of the day. I would not hesitate to book this venue again.

Our wedding at the Warehouse was absolutely perfect. Bianca our venue coordinator made the entire night run like a dream. She made sure every last detail was perfect and made sure that we as the couple had the best day possible and that we had a cocktail in hand at all times. Her knowledge of wedding and event management made us feel so confident during our planning meetings. We had our ceremony and reception in the loft and cocktail hour upstairs on the rooftop which our guests just loved. We loved having access to the vip room for us and our bridal party. The shared style dinner was a huge hit and catered to all dietary requirements. the venue staff were so attentive and seemed genuinely happy to be working there. We’re especially grateful for how well they looked after my nan and catered to her. A huge thank you needs to go to Cassie for making sure all the operational aspects of the wedding were perfect prior to the day. We knew we were in good hands and got to enjoy a stress free lead up to the day because of her extra attention to detail.

Excellent venue for a range of events. Excellent staff and food was top notch.

This place is amazing, great music, drinks cheap (comparing with Sydney). Definitely my favourite dance club in Australia. Can't wait to come back again. Mix of gays and straight people

Dear Jenna, Cassie and the rest of the Warehouse crew,

Firstly, thank you. Harry and I wanted to express our heartfelt gratitude for allowing us to host our wedding at your beautiful venue.

Of course, booking a venue was the first thing that we had to do. Harry and I completed several venue tours before The Warehouse – we were growing disillusioned because the photos did not match what we saw in person. Not only that, we were also very disappointed with the service that we received. That changed when we initially liaised with the Warehouse. I remember talking to Harry in the car ride there, and I was expressing my dismay. I said to Harry – what if we don’t find a venue that we love? He said – let’s go into this with no expectations, and maybe use our imagination??

Prior to our venue tour, I liaised with Bianca who was amazing and compiled a quote for us. She took the time to understand what we wanted and our expectations and put together a very reasonable package.

I still remember the moment that we walked into the main room and I thought – wow. Okay. Yes. The rest is history.

Jenna was amazing in liaising with us to curate the day – she was professional, friendly and approachable. I had no apprehension when asking her a question or making a request. The food was delicious – all of the guests commented on it; the service was impeccable and the drinks were amazing. There is no other feedback that I can possibly give – you far exceeded my expectations – Harry, the guests and myself all had a sensational night.

I wish I had more words in my vocabulary than amazing, exceptional, excellent and grateful.

To all the team at The Warehouse, thank you. Tien out of ten would recommend to any couples who are seeking a stunning wedding venue and a supportive events coordination team.
