Great service, attention to detail, professional workmanship, competitive pricing. These guys pointed out a tiny scratch on our new bullbar when collecting and gave the option of discount or free replacement of the bar. We never would have noticed the scratch if they hadn't pointed it out. Great to see honesty still exists in at least a few businesses like this one. Staff are extremely helpful and professional.

We had a warranty issue with a job done in the NT which became apparent during our trip south.
We contacted TJM Toowoomba who looked at the problem as soon as we got to Toowoomba on a Friday and fixed it while we waited.

These guys were awesome. Had a long range fuel tank installed in our 4x4 a few weeks ago. Ran out of fuel between Brisbane and Toowoomba even though there was at least 150L in the tank. Took it to TJM Toowoomba the following morning and even though they were already flat out they managed to fit us in and sort out our plumbing issue. We were back on the road later the same day.

Great place for 4 Wheel Drive gear. They have a big workshop so can fit just about anything you want to your 4 Wheel Drive. The staff are cheerful and seem to know their stuff. I have had a number of items purchased and fitted from their over the last 4 years and never had an issue except for a Power Plug short which they fixed promptly and to make things even better admitted it was their fault. Honesty can go a long way. Will keep going back.

I just wanted to say a big thankyou to Jesse, He went out of his way to fit my husband in for a brake controller, I have never experienced such a professional, happy person that when I rang and voiced my needs, he made us his priority, he got us in the same day and we were able to collect our new caravan by the end of the day. I had a snorkel fitted they did a very neat job I was impressed a bit slow but everyone is now. If you have a new Triton put a snorkel on not for water cut the amount of sand and dirt it collects in the filter.

Kirby you restored my faith in the human race. I rang inquiring about a battery for a "small car" I had a feeling you would not have 1. You didn't just say sorry we can't help, you asked where I was stuck and you came down with your jump starter power pack and had me on my way. I now own 1 of those amazing jump starter packs. It looked so simple and easy to use that I feel as though I would be able to do it no problems at all. Thank you again Kirby.

TJM Toowoomba have given me excellent service. I had work carried out by another franchise which was totally stuffed up. I went into the Toowoomba store to have the work assessed. The complete install had to be removed. The Toowoomba franchise managed to fit me in to rectify the work. Steve in customer service has been excellent. Nothing has been a problem. The work was carried out in a professional manner. The system is now working as it should be. The workshop staff are very professional and I would recommend their services to anyone.
