I have been using H&R Block Fremantle for years now for my tax return and Cecilia and the team has been great! Very professional, friendly and helpful! Highly recommend them.

Should have just used eTax. Basically had to dictate every single point of data entry just to have the return estimate amount spat back out. Despite this, they failed to enter my postal address or bank account details correctly, subsequently loosing over $4500 in return.

Misplacing money due to mishandling of personal information is certainly not something I would want on my score card as a tax preparation company...

Very bad experience
I went to do a tax return two weeks ago, and a guy who was not familiar with the business served me and I could feel that he was not skilled at his work, so he handed me over to another Asian woman to meet me. Okay I can understand.

I paid 164 for the service and I sighed the paper that showed I could get a 1300 refund, but only got 100 from ATO after 2 weeks.
When I called to inquire, the operator was very rude and even laughed at me as an backpacker, and I should abide by the system of this country when I came to this country.
I was really upset and felt insulted by Asian operator.

Just wanna everyone know you could have better choices than HR BLOCK FREMANTLE!!!

This place is very rude. I called as an WHV maker, because I needed help with my taxes, having no knowledge since im not from australia. And just because I was that they would already be rude to me because they had bad experience with others. Very unprofessional and unhelping people working there.

Lodged my tax back and completed everything via the phone on the 18th July. Everyone I know in my family and friends circle have already had their tax back after submitting independently in this time frame. Apparently there’s been a delay with the ATO and then they fixed it. I asked if they had submitted and they said yes….. weeks later and on the 1st August I called again…. They only submitted to the ATO 1 day prior. Now it’s almost over a month and after being advised by Mary on numerous occasions that I’d be text before I get any tax back I’m still waiting…… and they still charge the best part of $250 for the delay and “service” - I even asked if the manager could call me - still waiting!? Forget your TV adverts saying that people should forget doing it themselves - my family did it and they have already had their tax back. So after years of using you , it’s a definite no from me. (At the time of writing this, there’s has till been no payment and over a month!)
