Renee was kind enough to fit me in on short notice. She was warm, attentive, and accomodating from the moment I arrived, which immediately put me at ease. Not only did I greatly enjoy her company and pleasant conversation. But more importantly, she did a phenomenal job on my hair. Her high level of skill and experience shone through, and her obvious commitment to ensuring that I walked away with the exact colour and result I was hoping for, was very much appreciated. Moreover, the price she charged was extremely reasonable, compared to the many other salons I had looked into, beforehand. I had a wonderful first experience at Renaissance Amor, and will definitely be returning for all of my future hair appointments! Thanks again, Renee!

Renee has been cutting and shampooing my hair for many years now. I am always happy with the result. She always listens to how I would like to have my hair cut each time and trims it accordingly. She also always slots me in at times suitable to me.

Renee did such an amazing job on my hair! absolutely loved the finished product and how friendly and comfortable the salon was. She let me know all the things she was doing and really talked me through the process and how she was changing my look. would definitely recommend!

My mother booked for an appointment here to have her hair done and was not satisfied with her haircut at all but couldn't bring herself to speak up. She had to act like she loved it in front of the hairdresser because she seemed so proud of her work and didn't want to seem unappreciative. Despite kindly rejecting the hairdresser's (several) recommendations, she cut and styled her hair according to what SHE thought would look nice, not what my mum wanted. The technique was archaic and did not complement her face or figure at all. I don't usually leave negative reviews but I must say that this experience was very unfortunate and we will not be returning. To the owner- please improve on customer service and don't disregard your customers' requests just because you don't approve of it - it's really unprofessional.
