I had an amazing first reiki and crystal healing session with Kirsten. She made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. I really loved the set up, the incense and candles burning, the gentle and soothing music played. Kirsten explained everything beforehand and did a oracle card reading at the end which was very accurate. Also at the end of the session Kirsten informed me of what blockages I had and what needed healing. Kirsten is very good at what she does and is very intuitive. I can't wait for my next session.

Beautiful area, the therapists are lovely ! I received a massage from Kirsten and she did absolutely awesome! She was very considerate and lovely to talk to ! Great pressure and definitely knows what she's doing 👏 if you want a nice relaxing session with someone who WILL take care of you and make sure any needs are met , this is the place!

I had the pleasure of the most incredible massage with Aleena. She was so gentle when she needed to be but also knew how to work the muscles in a way that was still relaxing. She made me feel safe in her inviting atmosphere and her whole persona. I felt comfortable and at peace whilst she worked and stretched my limbs and muscles so that I not only felt incredibly rejuvenated but also like my body had a new lease on life. Prior to going to see her, my body felt very tight and locked up, but by the end of the massage I felt so light and fluid as if I could float away. I would strongly suggest booking for the longer sessions with her as she is able to focus on more areas for longer. It is absolutely well worth the little bit extra - you can’t put a price on feeling a million dollars!

Monday just gone I had some reiki with Kirsten she was so good I was a bit nervous going in but with her help I was able to enjoy the experience I haven't been very well for the last three years and having that hour with her it was a godsend so thank you very much Kirsten I will be back

I highly recommend Sarah and the wellbeing cottage. I make sure to book a massage with Sarah every time I'm in the area. She does great work and her massages don't hurt! The wellbeing cottage itself has such a lovely and calming atmosphere that makes any experience there deeply relaxing. Sarah is also a fantastic counsellor. She makes you feel heard and understood while being supportive and non-judgemental. Again, I highly recommend Sarah for counselling, she is such an excellent holistic services provider. I was gifted a massage package with Aleena and it was fabulous. I’d never heard of Lomi Lomi but I will definitely return. The location was quiet and the staff were warm & welcoming.

She is the best massages, very friendly and safe environment inside, it made me feel comfortable and relaxation. I will go back in April again. Lovely massages. Best massages in Toowoomba and I still going there alot. Annette is my favourite massager 😊

Oh my goodness - I would've been there sooner if I'd known how lovely and relaxed it would be (even with my 9mo in the room).

My partner researched and booked an appointment all on his own for my birthday (he's a keeper). I had an amazing grounding experience with Sarah during my massage and chakra balance appointment. As soon as I walked in the atmosphere in the cottage was very calming and settled my nerves. Then I met Sarah and could see why there was this lovey atmosphere - she has an amazing energy. I have had the most success with holistic therapy for helping me with my issues and I very much recommend The Wellbeing Cottage if you're looking for therapy and wellness that goes further than just symptoms and takes the entire body into account. I'm rebooked and looking forward to adding to the progress I've already made after one session. I must add that Sarah made sure that I left with tools to work on myself between appts.

I absolutely loved my appointment with Sarah :-) She is so warm and has such a calming energy. I was so up tight coming in and within minutes I felt like my body was floating. I had the massage, reiki and cord cutting. I could not recommend this enough to anyone - you will be amazed what you are still holding onto and how it is affecting your day to day life! x

I found a lovely relaxing professional atmosphere. I was seen on time and made to feel comfortable. I received an excellent massage that was both relaxing and tension reliving. Sarah checked that her pressure was correct and adjusted as needed. I have had many massages over the years and can honestly say that Sarah gives the best foot massages ever.

Having missed a few weeks having a massage my body was full of tightness but following my session on Wednesday I was all loosened up again. Sarah knows exactly where my problems are and applies the correct amount of pressure for me which I find is good for me. I have been to other massage places and they all seem to have the same amount of pressure all over the body not what I like. I have built up an understanding with Sarah and she tailors my massage to my needs. She certainly can do a very good massage as well as reflexology on my feet.

I had an appointment at Tranquil Minds Holistic Therapies yesterday for the Spring Special - Aromatherapy Massage, Reiki & Crystal Balance and all I can say is Sarah you are an "AMAZING" person. This was my first experience with Reiki & Crystals and you made it a very comfortable and truly enjoyable experience. I will definitely be back again and recommend anyone thinking about trying this for the first time..... Treat Yourself!

Sat week I had another ( one of many) sessions with Sarah. I had been feeling run down and had a cold that was hanging on, also a sore lower back and she also identified an issue with my neck, which she resolved. I felt very calm and relaxed after wards. Would not hesitate to recommend Sarah to anyone. Jolly brilliant as usual. Sarah is very generous with sharing information on what is going on wih ones body, and what the sessions do to assist one. She is an excellent practitioner and really knows her stuff, totally recommend Sarah to anyone and everyone.

My daughter gave me a gift voucher for my birthday. What amazing gift that was. Sarah was wonderful. She made me feel relaxed and she listened to what I said about where I was having issues and helped relieve them. This was my first experience with Reiki and Sarah explained it all with ease. Definitely will be returning.
