We purchased our van from MARS at Rocklea, QLD in October 2023. There has been a number of minor issues with the van but Tom and his team always were very amiable to making the repairs and in a timely manner. They also took on board our suggestions for improvements to the van, for future customers.

After sales service is a very important part of the purchase of any major investment and we can say that MARS has delivered.

Purchased a secondhand spirit forward fold from the lovely team at the Brisbane showroom. Tom and Kenny were super helpful and answered all my questions, so we felt fully informed before our purchase. Kenny came in after Christmas, in his own time, to help show me how to set up the trailer and spent a lot of time with me making sure I felt comfortable with all the ins and outs - fantastic demo. Found a few niggles with the trailer after our first two outings and Bec and Kenny promptly got every fixed up (with Kenny doing all the heavy lifting!) under our 3-month warranty. Couldn't recommend more highly Mars campers for a great camper and fantastic customer service.

We purchased our first Mars setup from them back in July 2022, & have since explored many wonderful destinations, all fully self contained & fault free, That’s until our last trip whereby our water pump decided to pack up. Within one phone call to Bec & we had our rig booked in the very next day for immediate repair. Greeted by Tom in the morning, i had a moan about one of my hub caps being nicked on a remote forest camp site, about the hitch lock I left behind & numerous other stuff that was our fault! When we picked the van up later that day, not only did we have a new pump installed but all our missing parts had been replaced, no questions asked!

We are now lining up our upgrade to a Hybrid unit, thanks Tome , Ken & Bec at Mars Campers - totally awesome all round service & well deserved review.

We have just purchased a mars spirit and all I can say is we are very impressed. Tom and Ken are probably the best in the business with knowledge and customer service and experience. They have been nothing but helpful with our purchase and after sale service. They both went beyond and above to help is out as we are new to camping with a trailer and have always been old school. The spirit is a game changer for us with setting up and having two young girls it has made life so much easier and can recommend if you have a young family Mars will look after you. 5 stars from me

I bought a second hand camper and contacted the Team in Brisbane, they were super helpful and answered all my questions. Kerry was very friendly and was happy to send me a full set of set up instructions and other documents she had available on my camper. We ordered our camper online and got finance online and then went to visit the Brisbane store to check out the spirit lifestyle trailer in person. Tom was amazing and really looked after us and knew us by name was professional and answered all our questions. Picked up our new camper trailer today Kenny was amazing and helping us sent up our trailer and know what to do. Great team great service highly recommended Mars campers.

We are picking up our Mars Extremo today and up to this point the service from Tom, Kerry and Ken has been amazing, so helpful and patient. We shopped around and found most places don't want to know you unless your buying a $60 000 caravan. I will update with a review of the trailer and after sales support down the track. We have now had our Mars Extremo for nearly 12 months and absolutely love it. I have nothing negative to say about it, i have heard some horror stories from people who have bought other brands. Buy a Mars camper and avoid the heartache, it's honestly the best decision we have ever made and the team at Mars are amazing.

We bought our camper here three months ago. Buying it was a great experience. Staff handled our questions and naivety with grace and we were very confident to make the purchase after spending some unhurried time with them. The camper has been great. Can’t wait to get it out again!
