The entire process was so enjoyable.

Shay is a bundle joy she was always filled with so much passion in making sure my project was what I wanted. Her construction knowledge was outstanding and her customer service is something I’ve never experienced before.

Steve is the most humble and caring person I have ever met. His personal pride and expectations of his company was a breath of fresh air.

Huge complement to Andrew the Construction Manager. His attention to detail on all the small things was mind blowing. I have never seen a build construction site look so clean and tidy. The developer of my estate had very heavy fines for any damage or none clean site and he made me aware that Hotondo Homes Toowoomba where the only builder to follow the rules which meant I didn’t incur any fines

The quality that they have deliver is unbelievable and I’ve had many people comment on how amazing it is.

I’d like that thank the entire Hotondo Homes Toowoomba team. My experience was that great the first time that I’ve also engaged them to do a duplex for me.

Hands down the best quality builder in the region!! Shay, Adam and the entire team are honest, authentic people who actually care about their individual customer needs and wants. Shay took so much time to get to know us and our family dynamic to help design our home to suit us now and into the future. From the very first meeting, through the build, to handover and even afterwards, nothing has been too much trouble. What a journey!

From the moment we met Shay at their display home in Highfields, it was the first time that we felt anyone from a firm was invested in making our home and not just in selling a house.

As it was the first time we had built a home together, Shay showed us different development areas and went into depth in regards to pros and cons. In the end she helped us choose a block in an area that we had initially disregarded, and have now grown to love. Along with Steve they helped us produce a custom plan that ticked all of our boxes and went above our expectations. We were constantly amazed by the amount of detail they put into the build, even in things we never realized we wanted.

The Hotondo team got us to take things at a good pace, so we had time to think about each step of the way. Whenever a hurdle occurred Shay jumped on it and seemed to solve it seamlessly with all her experience.

Often, we come across people that have built and their journeys sound incredibly stressful. Many times we heard from others that "you won't love everything about your build" and "you will find things you don't like about it with time". We have been in our home for a year now and are still unable to find a fault.

There is no review that we can give and no recommendation we can provide that would show how grateful we are to the Hotondo team for making our dream home a reality.

Hotondo homes just built our beautiful first home and it is outstanding. My parents are builders in another area of the country so I am very familiar with the industry. Building with somebody else was a very big leap of faith, as I know how crook some companies can be. Let me assure you, Hotondo Homes Toowoomba build to the upmost quality without compromise. Their standards are exceptional, their service impeccable. Not a cent more than the contract price was ever spent, except when we realised we wanted to add dimmer switches and tile our alfresco, which we had the funds to pay ourselves so no issues with going back to the bank. Our contract was brought together in a speedy 2 weeks because we were heading overseas and didn't want to miss the FHOG. Not a single error in the entire documentation. You do not need to look any further than Shay, Steve and the team at Hotondo Homes Toowoomba to make your home dreams a reality.

A refreshingly designed and styled home complimented by outstanding workmanship. Love the clever addition of smart skylight in Ensuite. A truly beautiful home which feels spacious and yet cosy. Love the shiplap accents and ceiling & door heights. Glass surrounding front door invites nature inside from bushland across the road. So many thoughtful & practical inclusions.... even pet bowls in the laundry! Absolute delight Hotondo Team.

Our experience with Hotodo Homes Toowoomba was exceptional. The whole team were very professional and the communication between was excellent from start to finish. The quality and workmanship of our new home is outstanding and we would definitely recommend Hotondo Toowoomba. They are undoubtedly the best in the area.

Being a young family with little to no experience, 1st impressions of Hotondo were incredible and we felt safe trusting them with our future. When lead into questionable situations which could cost us thousands and our block, we continued to believe their reassurances. In conclusion due to their lack of care and communication we lost out on everything, over a year of time and being out of pocket.
