Whitsunday Bullet

Today we had the pleasure of going on the Bullet and I must say it was an great experience. The professionalism of the staff made us feel safe and at ease throughout the trip. The conditions (a bit windy) were well explained, ensuring that everyone understood what to expect. We struck some great weather and sunshine!

The staff on board (thanks Mickie and Nick) were extremely attentive and engaged with the guests, making sure that everyone (all ages) had a great time. Damien, our skipper, was particularly genuine and went above and beyond to ensure that his passengers were happy. He was great!

The boat itself was very new and comfortable providing a smooth and enjoyable ride. The lunch provided was pretty good. The noodle salad was a nice.

Overall, I highly recommend the Bullet for anyone looking to explore the Whitsundays. The professional and attentive staff, led by the wonderful skipper Damien, create a memorable experience that you won't want to miss.

We had a blast! Although the weather was a little cloudy the day we went out, we had a great time! My highlight was the snorkeling at the reef and the lookout over whiteheaven beach. Our tour guides Rene and Reese (I hope I remembered the names correct) made our stay on board and the hikes extremely entertaining and fun. The lunch on board was also surprisingly tasty and plentyful. 10/10 would recommend this operator!

Our favourite day trip in Australia so far. The Whitsundays is incredible and this is the best way to do it. The stops on the trip were really well thought out and the best thing is they gave you loads of time to enjoy them. Our crew (Katie, Shannon and Nick) we're brilliant and attentive. All in all a perfect day out.

I think what makes this particular experience unique was the staff and customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and had everything they needed. We went to a few different locations and the day was planned really well. Lunch was enjoyed by all (2-year-old, five-year-old through to grandma and grandpa). Would recommend!

We went on a day trip on the Whitsunday Bullet on 20 March and had a fantastic day! The crew were brilliant and helpful and Luke was very entertaining. Be prepared to get wet on the trip depending how rough it is so wear your swimming gear already! Stinger suits provided were really good quality and the boat was clean. You can buy drinks onboard and they keep a tab system to pay at end of the trip.

A great day out, despite the weather. The snorkelling was fantastic, plenty of fish and beautiful coral. Unfortunately we didn't visit Whitehaven Beach and the rain came down when we stopped for lunch at another beach so wasn't that great for relaxing on shore. The crew Rhys, Penny and Jimmy were friendly and welcoming. We were well fed and there was plenty of refreshments to purchase. A great trip, definitely recommend.

Had an amazing time on this cruise today. Staff friendly, good food. Stunning views and the snorkeling won’t let you down. Highly recommend. BYO jacket if you don’t want to get splashed occasionally.

We had the pleasure of joining captain Tommy, with deckhands Nicko and Mikey on “The Bullet” recently. I have done alot of these tours in the Whistsundays and this was by far my favourite. The best hospitality and sense of humour made our day so enjoyable. Tommy even let our little fella drive the boat. Would 100 % recommend this tour. Rain, hail or shine - Whitsundays are always beautiful. Loved the tunes and food too!

If you are planning Whitsundays, book the whole day trip with these guys. Don't go for half day trips-you will miss out a lot of fun. They will pick you from hotel and drop you for free.
Snorkeling (no swimming experience required, you can get a lifejacket or pool noodle), stand-up-paddles, the best experience of the Whitehaven and a fun day.
The crew is so nice and funny, my 6yr old was mimicking them on the way back.

You can buy beers/drinks on the boat. Good food too ( The pre-arrival form shows $15 extra if you order diatory special, but you are not charged. I realized it later only).

Loved our experience with Bullet early this week. Staff was great, the itinerary was well managed, food was delicious, ample time was provided at each stop for you to enjoy the place, snorkeling was fun and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Whitehaven beach. Very punctual, helpful and well managed. Thank you Luke and Reece.

Rennie, Nick and Dave made sure we had an awesome day at Whitehaven Beach and at Hill Inlet lookout. Dave very professional at the helm.
Fabulous views, great snorkelling (overseen by Nick and Rennie, to make sure no-one was in any danger) and easy boarding on and off the boat and the dinghy.
Killer soundtrack supplied by Rennie! Lunch and snacks first rate, with fresh fruit kebabs for afternoon tea.
All in all, great value for money, providing awesome memories of our Airlie Beach getaway.

These guys gave us an unforgettable day. Amazingly organised, they took care of every detail beginning to end. Picked us up from the resort exactly on time, provided full-body diving suites and snorkelling equipment.

The boat was fast and spacious, and the ride was smooth. Started with a short hike to a breath-taking lookout, then to the unbelievably beautiful White-Heaven beach for swimming and lunch. As an environmentalist, I was impressed even by how they handled the garbage after lunch.

Then we went to a third location for amazing snorkelling above so colourful reef - amazing corals and fish. They ensured that the little ones have life jackets and floating “noodles”, and patrolled continuously around us on SUPs to ensure everyone is ok.

These guys are top-professionals. All safety in place, but they were fun and friendly, making sure that everyone has great time.

BEST DAY! Amazing from start to finish, the crew really did everything to make the day as enjoyable as they could. Micko, the skipper did an amazing job and the deck hands Adam and Zim gave us so much information and reassurance with every activity of the day, aswell as making it funny and exciting.
Highly recommend booking a tour with these guys, they have u laughing the whole way and make sure you get some amazing views and pictures, couldnt have asked for anything more ! the views were just breathtaking, the snorkelling was fun and paddle boarding is great fun. Would definitely do this again !

We booked the Whitehaven and snorkelling tour with Whitsunday Bullet. Unfortunately weather was not in our favour on the day but with a positive mindset, and happy crew we tried to make the best out of it. Whitehaven beach was superb! We got to swim with stingrays which was a highlight! The Hill Inlet lookout was beautiful even with poor visibility and and rain pouring down on us. The snorkelling was a bit tricky as the spot had rough currents. But still managed to see some beautiful marine with the help of a life jacket. I’d say shout out to the crew for lifting up the spirit! Spoons was a real champ. Very kind and friendly, and attentive. Also Reece and Jack were very nice and helpful and tried their best to accommodate everyone.
The only tiny suggestion: communication with passengers could improve a bit. The snorkelling part was a tiny bit rushed, we got into water not knowing what to expect (rough currents and strong winds) and the goggles got foggy straight away, couldn’t see a thing. We got back to the boat as I needed help and to get a life jacket, and only then we were told we should have used the soap mix to prevent the goggles getting foggy. Except for this tiny miscommunication, everything else was the best it could have been considering the weather. Thanks team!!

Incredible day out for the whole family! We travelled with 4 children aged 9 - 16, and they all had a blast.
The crew were very energetic and professional and kept the mood fun and elevated, despite some rainy patches and bumpy seas! Food was fresh and yummy, the kids all got a turn at driving the boat too which really made the trip. My only comment is it would have been great to have fins for the kids while snorkling.This was the absolute highlight of our trip to Airlie Beach.

We had an amazing day out on the Whitsunday Bullet. We were travelling with two toddlers (3 and 18 months) and couldn't believe how much fun we all had! Captain Neil and crew Konrad and Jess were so friendly and accommodating, and really made our day so enjoyable.
The itinerary is great for family day out. Breathtaking views of stunning Whitehaven Beach at the lookout, followed by reef snorkelling in a lovely calm spot, then a hearty lunch (which the kids also loved...and they were even given some bonus choc brownies!), and then some chill time on the south end of Whitehaven Beach. We had a lovely swim and saw some extra fish swimming near the shore. The sand was so soft, cool and pure and the water was a stunning colour and so warm! Easy to see why this beach is rated No 1 in the world and am so delighted we got to experience it.
Overall this tour gets 5 stars from me because the balance of activities to boat cruise time is perfect, the tour takes in absolute highlights of the area and the captain so expertly handled the conditions that we had smooth sailing with both kids lulled to sleep on our laps. You couldn't ask for more! Thanks folks!

I recommend this tour to everyone heading out to the Whitsundays. The Whitsunday Bullet is one of the best day tours I've ever been on, complete with snorkelling, stand-up paddleboarding, great food, great tunes, and a brilliant, friendly crew. I loved getting to explore both ends of Whitehaven Beach and finally getting to see Hill Inlet.

First off Luke, Cory and Micko were exceptional on the tour! Great atmosphere for the entire trip.
Only downfall was the sun disappeared during the snorkelling time but besides that it was an awesome way to see the whitsundays.
Food supplied was fresh and tasty as were the cold drinks.

Highly recommend Bullet if you have not yet seen the area, great crew and even better sights to see 🤙🤙
