It is just over 12 months since I had my first meeting with Tom at CapitalQ to sound out the process of registering a small business and for an explanation of the financial requirements. The team efficiently processed the start up of the company and have proactively managed compliance on the money side, prompting me when it is time to move on BAS etc. whilst my attention has been spread with all of the other duties of a new small business owner. I have found Xero to be a relatively friendly software package for someone with no experience in book keeping and it is reassuring to know that help from Tom is only a phone call away. My business is growing at a healthy rate with a positive outlook and much credit is owed to CapitalQ for providing the financial services that have allowed me to focus on the business as a whole.

CapitalQ have been structuring advice and tax strategies to ensure my business is protected and that I pay as little tax as legally possible. They have also helped arrange my business affairs so that they run smoothly and I don’t have to stress about any of it. Some of the things they have done for me have been complex at times, but they always do their best to help me understand things and ensure I feel at ease with it all before proceeding. We made the change to CapitalQ some 8 or so years ago. We didn’t really want to change Accountants, but something told us there was better out there than what we had.
