Whats wrong with you guys , i have been going there sins day one and they allways friendly.
Anyways why can't they have mood swings like you negative people?

They are always friendly and very helpful. Their customer service is also good. I love using their deliveries options aswell . Thank you for everything you all do for the community

Tracy and the younger lady who works with her are both very helpful and approachable.
However, I must say I was disappointed by the 'I have better things to be doing with my time' attitude that came from the other two older ladies, particularly the one with the curly hair.

So when I am being served by either the younger lady or Tracy I find this a wonderful post office.

Be very careful if you are a small online business, 2 of the older ladies will try to unfairly charge you extra on everything.
One recently attempted to ignore my band 2 discount and flat rate parcel costs, at most 3 flat rate small satchels can be 31.80 (3x10.60), without a discount, I was attempted to be charged 33.80 effectively trying to charge me an extra 6 dollars. Further they do not allow DVDs in large envelopes that are not prepaid unlike some other friendlier post offices, so you will have to send DVDs in prepaid domestic envelopes which are around 3 dollars more expensive which means you will not be able to operate competitively as a smaller lower value dvd seller here.
Do not trust them, if something looks incorrect say so, i have been robbed here several times this is only the latest attempt, the other older lady and the younger ladies are good though and very professional.

Everytime i have gone in or spoke on the phone to them i feel like am annoying them. They made a mistake with a item the older lady was really rude on the phone.
I have only ever dealt with one girl that was lovely. .i wish i could remeber her name. She was bubbly and never rude. Never had a problem.
Went in to pick a parcel up yestserday the guy & female in offcie was also very blunt. Make u feel like ur annoying them.
The loccal posties though are always great.

The older ladies are so miserable and have the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

There is only one girl who works in that store That is pleasant. The rest are rude, blunt and very condescending. I had the worst day and the woman working there topped it with her snide and nasty comment. Good job guys!

The older lady is definitely in the wrong job. Aus Post is a customer service based industry but they seem to struggle with the concept. Grumpy, rude and not very helpful.

One of the ladies laughed at my elderly mother when she said she was struggling with Multiple Sclerosis. Pathetic

The couriers don't deliver parcels.
They don't even put the 'collect your parcel slips' in the right mailbox.

was Just asking simple questions to double check things for a passport and a rude older lady made me feel embarrassed and stupid for asking cutting in from across the store whilst I was talking to another lady. Rude.

Unhelpful & rude! Disgusting! I would rather go out if the village to any other post office other than this one!
