Rockmans Capalaba Park

I visited Rockmans looking for some cooler shirts for summer. I was greeted by Really friendly staff & great customer service. I bought two shirts & am extremely happy with the quality & got them on sale added bonus.
I'll definitely be going back.

I was at Rockmans Capalaba Park today, and they had a great sale. All Rockmans brand clothing was $20. Their $110 winter coat is now $20. In a time when everything in our lives has skyrocketed, it is good to know that Rockmans are still keeping us warm. The store was well presented, and everything was in order and clean. All the signage was correct and Kirsty the staff on today was cheerful and helpful. She informed us of the great sale and was very attentive to our needs. The reason for the three stars is due to management, I don't understand why they would only roster on ONE staff. With a sale on that good, I would assume that the shop would be busier than normal. Also, with the amount of work that goes into putting up new signage and moving stock around to command the sale, it only makes sense to roster two staff at the least. One cannot expect one staff to change displays, keep the store tidy, and give great service. Hats off to Kirsty for ticking all the above boxes. She is a rare gem and a keeper. I know from past retail experience that keeping the store tidy when the shop is busy is a hard call. We all know that customers are not the best at putting things back where and how they found it. I would be a returning customer, but please, management retail staff are people too. More staff to upsell, less wait time to be served and I am sure you will get fewer walkouts and more profit. $$$$$$$ I recommend this store, show your support for their retail staff. They are the ones that keep the company afloat.
