Gloria Jean's Coffees Burpengary

I buy coffee here regularly and it’s consistently great. The staff are so friendly, the service is excellent - efficient, but with a smile. They even make a point to say thank you to every single customer when they pick up their order. Little details can make a big difference - I go out of my way to buy coffee here because the service is that good. Thank you!

When I used to live in Burpengary this was my daily, always such lovely service and they make delicious coffees and cold drinks! Anytime my mother and I are in the area we always stop by to pick one up, you will never be disappointed! Other reviews that are stating anything else must be because they were in a mood because this is the one Gloria Jeans you can always rely on to be consistent with quality and amazing service.

I am a regular to Gloria Jeans at Burpengary. I must say Troy and the staff are absolutely fantastic. They remember myself and my wife each time we come in and greet us by our names. They are always courteous and polite and even remember the little things, like I don't have butter on my banana bread.

You don't always get service like that and highly recommend you pay them a visit.

Great customer service and extremely well trained staff it is a lovely place to pop in for a take away coffee or a sit down lunch, you are assured to be well looked after and treated to the best of the best in customer service.
