I booked and paid for my trip using their booking system online, including my contact details in the form. Waited outside for 30 minutes the next morning before giving up. Apparently if you book online and it's outside of office hours, you don't appear on the drivers manifest and therefore don't get picked up. Why bother with an online booking system at all then?! The next bus doesn't leave for two days!! No explanation as to why they have this pointless online booking system

The free shuttle buses from Kuranda Station to the town have no disabled access at all, I thought it was pretty much mandatory to have access for people with disabilities. I had to actually ask the bus driver for help and he ended up just saying "grab that bar there, you should be right." My husband then fell over in the bus because the seat he directed us to had a step and a rubber mat that just slid under his feet. When we got out, the bus driver just sat there and another passenger helped us off the bus. My husband has skin off his knee and quite a good red bump on his head. I'm absolutely furious and it ruined what was supposed to be an enjoyable day for a man with a terminal illness. So disgusted!

Leaves before the actual timetable time. Sometimes have to chase the bus down then get a snarky response from the driver.
Ridiculous that I have to guess whether or not I'll actually be able to catch my bus for the price.

Always late on a near daily basis, adjust timetables for realistic arrivals so i don't get sun cancer waiting for a bloody bus pls

They don’t even have a POS facility on the bus. In 2022.
