I had the day off cause of muscle pain in my shoulders, neck and headaches. Got an appointment that morning which I was grateful. I had the most lovely young girl Isabella. She was perfect, gentle where she needed to be and dug in where she noticed my knots and tension.

Isabella was fantastic. My first massage with her and she managed to hit every sore spot. Spent a lot of time on my lower back, which is particularly sore, that other massage therapists in the past have just skimmed over. And the arm massage at the end was just what I needed. Thank you.

Kerry is the principal physiotherapist, has loads of patient empathy and great clinical application. Offers a wide range of services including pilates, is definately the best practitioner I have ever been to.

In early April I had a shoulder replacement. The recovery has been much better than expected and I contribute this to the skill and expertise of Kerry. She has a fantastic knowledge and combines this with personal care.

For the first time in about five years I now have hope that my pain could improve. The depth of knowledge to improve whatever niggle I've been able to complain about has left me astounded (and feeling better). Thanks so much for the massage and ultrasound therapy, clinical Pilates, brace supports, acupuncture and peace of mind.

I’ve been attending Shellharbour Health for 5 years since incurring a personal injury in car accident. I’ve found all the staff to be professional, friendly, and passionate about supporting me to achieve the most functionality possible.
