Love shopping h ere... great staff... helpful... friendly

I've started shopping on line, and I can honestly say I love it...I do Click and Collect.
Staff are amazing bring my order straight to my car... everything is there.. gives me time to do other shopping.. Think I'm going to keep doing my grocery shop online..
Whilst I am doing Click and Collect..I would also like to mention the great staff in-store friendly and helpful always a smile and great service.
Either way the Customer is a Winner

Really rude woman that works at the deli, with the terrible face makeup. Please have a chat to her.

The staff are lovely at Lake Macquarie Coles, i am a regular customer and today i was served by a lovely boy named Bronson. he was very helpful, smart and always has a big smile on his face :) (28/02/2023 apox 7:45pm)

Perfect having Coles and woollies, if Coles doesn't have what I need I can go across to Woolworth and visa versa, loves the Coles bakery 7 grain Bread loaf, exceptional value at $2.30

Coles at Mount Hutton is an excellent store. Easy wide parking.
I eat Vegan and they always have a great variety to cater for my needs.
Fruit and Vegetables are always super fresh. I travel from the west side of Lake Macquarie especially to go there.
The whole shopping complex is just wonderful. Thank you🤗🍒

Love it shop they're all the time and I'm from Belmont.. underground out of the rain car park is a big thing for me. But I shop there rain hail or shine.like the discount chemists.and sanity,DVD,s music,use Coles to do shopping. And you can get your car washed while you shop 👍👍👍

Great supermarket. Had an incident 18 months ago but still a great store.

Love the range of low fodmap/gluten free and lactose free products. Easy to go between online delivery, click and collect and in store shopping. Very happy.

This coles is about a year old. Great store and layout. Lake Mac COLES Supermarket is 1000 times better then charlestown. Stay away from that store, before you know it the staff. They'll accuse you of theft from the store, then try to humiliate you in front of the rest of there customers. Also don't get me started on the centre security who join in like bullies on what seemed like a way to get there quota of work for the days pay check. JUST FOR REFERENCE I PAID FOR EVERY ITEM I LEFT THE STORE WITH, just like an ordinary shopper. Just because I have a child under 2yrs and playing up!! Your attention span is short for myself. I watch my young child like a hawk. Getting into mischief.

Charlestown wouldn't pour water on it if it was on fire. I'd be asking do you have to extinguish that.

Always shop here it's my local supermarket in a not to big centre, easy under cover parking for those hot days, A variety of speciality shops chemist warehouse,reject shop, tobacconist flowershop.

Nice and clean store , wide isles with lots of choice and friendly staff. One of my favourite Coles in Newy.✅

I love this store, it's fresh and open. Plenty of room in the aisles and easy to find what I need.
