What can I say?
My accident was on the 9th May where an individual Reversed into my WRX at a set of lights! Yep, don't ask...
This team is inundated with work that mine couldn't be worked on until the 2nd July which is when I dropped her off at 10:30.
I had a message waiting for me that my car was ready for pick up in the afternoon 4th of July!
I was a bit sceptical because after dropping it off in the assessment bay and opening the bonnet and showing the extent the assessor wasn't sure it could be done at their site.
Well they went above and beyond with the repair work Byron and team deserve a massive high five, pat on the back as a minimum for their outstanding workmanship for a two day turn around the front grill is aftermarket and an on-site tech repaired to new.
New bonnet, bumper and bits for a 19 year old car. they did good, well not just good GREAT!
I was so excited that I cleaned the teeth on the clutch twice leaving their place 😑 a little bit of a laugh for the lads on their morning tea break.
Thank you everyone who helped get her back to me like nothing had happened.

I was met by a friendly smiling face and advised my car would be ready in s few days. I was contacted a couple of days after and advised my car was ready. I arrived to collect my car and was once again met by a different smiling face. I inspected the work, signed a document and drove away. The interior of the car was very clean and smelt like a new car. The outside of the car was also excellent.
Whilst we may think this is the expected experience, the actual experience often does not meet up to expectations. Congratulations to the CARe Auto team. I thoroughly recommend this business.

I recently took my car in for repair from an insurance claim.
I was really impressed by their service - from past experience I've already prepared for mediocre and inpatient people as that's what I usually get from repairers - but wow care automotive had been amazing and super friendly from the receptionist to the guy that fixed my car.
They completely changed my perception of car repairers.
Recommend them to anyone needing work done. You'll be in safe hands.

I love taking my car in for dents and dings, said no one ever. If there were 10 stars here I'd give them! I was dreading this up until the very moment I took my car in for a small three panel bumper bash. The friendly and professional staff told me it would probably be 5 days minimum but they will try to move as quick as possible. I checked the car in at around 2pm and the next day about 9.30am the phoned for me to fetch my car. I told them I was both excited and anxious, I honestly didn't know what I was going to get. I even asked the lady whether they worked through the night? She laughed and said no mam they just know how to get the job done. They sure did. I was gobsmacked at the perfection and the quality. Not a single thing out of place, I couldn't fault a thing. Thank for being fast, friendly and efficient! That should be your new slogan!

Took my car in for repair ( see attached photo) to Care Group as suggested by my Insurer. I was very impressed by their service and efficiency in getting it repaired. The people I dealt with, including the receptionist, were very friendly and helpful. They kept me informed re appointment dates, expected time for repair etc..
I expected the repairs to take some time to complete but took the car in on Tuesday and I picked it up on Friday. The car looked as if it never had been damaged (see photo after repair). Excellent work. Would recommend this group for repairs any day. Very professional in their dealings.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. From the first phone call to the pick up on completion everyone was super friendly and highly efficient.
They had to do a respray on my car and matched the colour to perfection first time unlike other places I have been to.
They are extremely professional and obviously take much pride in their work.
I have to drive an hour to this place but I will never go anywhere else again. Great job. Great service.

Had our car at CARe after a minor rear ender. The repair ETA was 5-days, but got a call the following day to say it was all ready and complete. Finished product was 👌🏻!!
Lovely people to deal with from receptionists to the assessor.
If only they had a workshop closer to Brisbane City.

I am so glad that CARe Automotive Group Virginia is a preferred repairer for my insurer. They were super quick, efficient, polite and friendly. Mark was great in looking over the damage and explaining exactly what would happen and how long it should take. It literally took less than 24 hours to get my back bumper repaired. Recently had my car repaired at CARe Automotive through my insurance and had a great experience! The booking process was easy, and the customer service throughout was faultless. They explained what work was going to be done and gave me a clear expectation on when it would be completed, which they met. The work itself was great, and you wouldn’t know there was any damage previously. Overall a fantastic experience!

I am grateful to have my insurance with Budget direct, they asked me to go to CARe Automotive in Virginia, Brisbane. I was so sad when my car broke down due to Kangaroo. Rest assured, Kangaroo is okay. My car wasn't. CARe Automotive has a very experienced team and have fixed my car just in a day. I was too lazy to pick up a day after😴, will definitely recommend @CARe in Virginia. Happy with everything, they provide a warranty too on the work. If i am good, then the world is good so as CARe Auto. @Auto General helped me too.

From the office staff to the manager who checked my car in, to the complimentary Uber driver who picked me up to take me to pick my car up, I give 11 out of 10.

I can't speak highly enough of Care Automotive. I dropped my car off on Friday and it was not only fixed but it had been washed too by the following Tuesday.
This is the most efficient and friendly business I have come across in a very long time.

I could thank more to Care Auto Group. A five star rating is a huge understatement on their work quality, turnover speed and customer services. I am a recent victim of car thieves. The thug damaged the front driver side of my Isuzu. Care Auto repairs it in less than a week with excellent workmanship. Thank you Care Auto. You guys are my hero. If our government can be even 1% as efficient as you, the country will be 10 times better.
