We have just refinanced using Richard at Morgan Brooks after around 25 years when he first brokered our initial lo doc loan. I am a self funded retiree and 70 years of age and decided that I wanted to purchase an investment property to generate some additional income . My journey got off to a bumpy start as I thought I could just go on the internet and get a cheap loan with a cash back offer from one of the many online lenders . We came across Richard and his team at Morgan Brooks after waiting some three months for our existing bank to formally approve our loan . There was urgency now as we had found a property and were in a cooling off period and time was of the essence . I made contact with Richard in early March 2019 , valuations were completed and formal approval provided within 7 days and the loan is settled some 4 weeks later in early April 2019.
The point of difference with Richard is that he owns his business ,answers his own phone and email and has experience and understanding of what a customer is trying acheive hence providing the correct solution to their needs.
Throughout the loan process you never need to call Richard as he is in touch every day either via email or phone with updates so you know exactly where your loan is at . He is precise in what documents you need to supply and you need only do this once . As far as the loan was concerned we received a great product and an interest rate lower than our bank with no fees .
In summary in a world that is full of call centres and inexperienced staff it is a breath of fresh air to find a company like Morgan Brooks that offer efficient sensible personal service and YES I would highly recommend you give Richard a call next time you need a loan .
