Milo's House Preschool Literacy

Excellent teachers! My child has done Year 3 and is now on Year 4 Kinder class. He looks forward to classes every week!

My 3.5yo son absolutely adores his K3 Milo’s House classes. He has learnt so so much from 3 months of classes (he is already spelling out words!) and asks daily how many more sleeps until it’s a MH day. Fiona is warm, engaging and so lovely with the children as well as fantastic at communicating with parents. She’s handled all the COVID lockdowns with grace and professionalism and has made the online sessions engaging and exciting for the children. We can’t wait to be back in the classroom in a few weeks! We’ll definitely continue onto K4 classes next year and my younger daughter will be attending as soon as she’s ready too.

Best literacy program and fantastic teachers. If only I knew about Milo's house for my eldest child- there is a huge difference between my eldest's literacy ability (she only learnt sight words at school and had little phonic awareness) compared to my youngest who understood the sounds of letters and could read BEFORE starting school. This is due to this fantastic phonic program and the teachers who are so passionate about children's literacy.

Highly recommend Milo's House in North Balwyn. My daughter initially was reluctant to go, but Fiona made her feel so comfortable she then couldn't wait for her next visit. She now has the confidence to read and loves her books. Thank you for a wonderful beginning to her education.
