I had a great experience at TAA - the trainer & assessor running the RIW course today was very thorough & helpful. I will definitely be coming back for further training if need be, I will also highly recommend TAA to colleagues & friends.

I really enjoyed the TTSA course. Sandra is such a good teacher. And you can tell she is very knowledgeable, passionate and knows her stuff! She was very engaging, and has made me want to learn more about rail. Would highly recommend this business. The cat 3 medical was a quick and an easy experience too. And the nurses were lovely. Overall a very pleasant day.

I recently done my RWIC course and medical from Training ahead, they are quite professional and supportive. They provide practical environment and handover experience. Their teaching team is really friendly and professional. I would highly recommended if someones need to do Railway related course or any relevant.

Great customer service from the girls at the desk. Did my RIW, the teacher Sandra Shell was great, she was friendly and approachable, really knows her stuff, and gave great tips for when you go into the industry. The set up of the classrooms are also impressive with everything you need already ready before the class even starts, making for a seamless lesson. Overall would highly recommend for those looking to train or refresh their knowledge in the industry.

I recently did my RIW from TAA course. All the staffs were very supportive and helpful. Micheal is such a good teacher, he is very knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend to everyone who is willing to get rail related course.

Really great or rather awesome customer service, with absolutely everyone involved including reception. They were all very courteous and nice, explained everything very well and made the whole process so easy and simple. One thing to watchout for though, is that YOU (not your employer) might need to pay for further urine testing if anything comes up positive. It didn't happen to me personally, but they did explain it before I proceeded with the test, which I was not aware of until then. Anyway, totally excellent clinic and service was 2nd to none. If i could I would give them 6 stars, I would. Thanks guys, awesome work!

Michael was our trainer who was easy to understand and also made learning enjoyable.

Training ahead were good their delivery of the TTSA course was straight forward and informative, they where patient and helpful.

Professional place, got my cat3 rail. Staff was friendly and helpful. Class supposed to run til 530 instructor taught us everything plus more and had us out by 330. Place was legit.

TTSA course completed today with Training Ahead Australia. Also was assisted in RIW registration and had my Category 3 Medical done. Excellent facilities. Helpful and friendly staff. Jeremy, my trainer for today was very knowledgeable and ran an engaging and enjoyable training package. Looking forward to my next course in a couple weeks time.

The team at TAA were very helpful and proactive in turning around my RIW card in only one day. Jez delivered the course in an interesting way as well. Highly recommend!

Did my TTSA & medical here today. Really pleasant medical staff, and an awesome teacher (Rav). Rav made sure everyone had a thorough understanding of everything, he was happy to help anyone with any questions. He does take things seriously when people don't understand things, but I feel that's because he genuinely cares about the safety of those who take the course - and he's very vocal about asking him if you are at all uncertain about anything before he moves on. Humorous dude also. Was an absolute pleasure, I'll be back to do more training with you all. Thank you!
