This place is amazing. It has such a great variety of products for aquariums, outdoor ponds plus other animals like snakes, dragons etc. You could spend hours in store just looking at all their products.

If you are after a product and cannot find it, they will order it in if they can.

Staff are super friendly, happy to assist and always look after their customers. Definitely a great experience every time I step foot into the store.

Hi my partner and I went there today great service. Friendly and helpful and didn't no they had a Mexican food van.(what a shame we had already had lunch)With a great little area to sit and eat. We will definitely go back to try. Cheers for your local service.

Great staff and anything you need to set up an aquarium. Best place I've been to so far, recommend shopping here for anything fish tank or pond related.

Terrific service, for first time purchase of a fighting fish. So glad we did a quick google of places to go instead of driving straight to the "big businesses". Undoubtedly cheaper and lovely staff. Will be back I'm sure, this won't be the start and end of aquariums in this house!

This is a great shop, if you love your pets - just get in there. Even got Laucke Poultry Feed now for a great price, and they are one minute from my house.... now if they only had straw they would be my one stop shop.

Great place to come for aquarium and associated pet supplies. The staff are friendly and helpful. Not the cheapest, in my experience you get what you pay for. Better than paying the multinational pet supply places. Buy local.

Excellent service by the team. Whilst they were unable to provide what I was looking for (fiberglass pond) they went out of their way to suggest other local businesses.

Today I visited Waterworld due to an issue with my fish pond. The lady who served me was brilliant. She sent me home to get my pump when I returned she sold me a $14 part. I would have bought a completely new filtration system, she could have done so. But the $14 part has solved the problem. I will have no hesitation in recommending Waterworld to everyone.

The staff rock , they are helpful and don't mind if my nephew comes in dressed as thor lol , if you don't know what to pick they have a food truck ... have a snack and go back in

Staff are friendly and very helpful. Am only shop for dog food and fish supplies. If they don't have whats in stock they will order in.
