Portland Precision Engineering has been an invaluable resource for several projects; outperforming my expectations every time. They have truly focused on listening to my needs and have surpassed my vision to my complete satisfaction. Honesty and integrity are hard virtues to find these days, so it is very refreshing to work with a company such as Portland Precision Engineering, who put their customers first and exemplify all the best a customer could hope for....with honesty and integrity being standard procedure.

I wish it were possible to add a '+' after their well deserved 5 star rating.

We had some stainless Fabrication work done by Portland Precision Engineering. We could not have asked for a better experienced from concept to final install.

Getting tradespeople to “Do what they say they will do” is a rare thing these days. However not only did the team at PPE deliver what they said they would do but the quoted price was the quoted price. NO Additional charges. I look forward to future dealings with Jon and his team.

Having used Jon and the team at PPE for a number of maintenance activities, both planned and unplanned, I cannot speak highly enough of their workmanship and professionalism. They are a pleasure to deal with and I’ll keep using them for my maintenance requirements.

I was not a direct customer of Portland Precision Engineering, as my partner was. I was present on their interaction, where I did talk with the Owner also. He came across as genuine when he gave my partner guarantees on a Truck he sold to him. The owner was friendly in person prior to the sale, then went back on his word and then proceeded to deny any connection or accountability after a failure of the product due to mis information. It was only after the failure occurred we realised he had been lying about the condition of the vehicle & strategically leaving out important information.

It was a very disappointing interaction which has caused a lot of grievance & near closure of a small business customer as a result.

I recommend anyone dealing with PPE be very careful & get a second opinion if possible.
