A BIG THANK YOU TO CHARLES!!!!
We were leaving for our road trip yesterday and as I was inflating the tires, one of the valves popped out and the tire completely deflated. In our luck, Tires and More were just across the road. We took it there, explained the situation and Charles came to the rescue, happily fixing it without even charging us.
A genuine thank you for helping us as it was God sent for you guys being across the road and happy to help us with great customer service.

on a fair few occasions, the Customer Service never disappoints
the knowledge... and prices are amazing..only yesterday... we took my son's car in there...as we thought the steering wheel was not aligned correctly and we were not sure... The lovely Manger Caleb was very helpful and accomodating... and helped us out on the spot... 20 or so minutes later.. it was corrected..with a report
it definitely needed a wheel alignment... a piece of mind for me as a mum.. the guys in there too are very helpful and on a caring level.
being my son's first car... My husband has booked in to get 4 new tyres..as well as a wheel balance... and my husband is very fussy where he takes his cars.... thank god we have finally found our new place to go.. from mechanics..tyres anything you need.. i know it is long winded.. on my part..but the Manger Caleb was amazing.. and the other 2 guys working there... A+.. for our family... thank you again guys...

Finally found a mechanic who I can trust. I went there to get my car serviced. The manager Matt knows his stuff and was honest about what I needed to get done. I'll definitely be back.

This morning my tyre happened to blow out as I using the pump at Coles servo. I am very appreciative as Charles and the team provided me with a new tyre even though the store hadn't opened up.

Absolutely a great place to take your car!

I know this place through tyresales. I got the yokohama blueearth tyres for my mazda 3 and its been 1 week since i have these tyres.
From my experience these tyres are great on heavy raining days, very good grip which helps the car to be very predictable on the corners. On the dry, the ca performed really good when the tyre are warmed up.The guys here are very friendly, knowledgeable, and very easy to approach. I have also recommended my friend here tochange his tyres yokohama blue earth GT for his camry and he loves driving his car everyday.
