Have to say the customer service is outstanding!
Shout out to James and his knowledge of Champagne and Sparkling wine, he always gets the brief right.
Also he has the voice of an angel :)
Jy is another delightful team member, welcomed me as soon as I stepped inside and also completed my transaction.

It’s always a pleasant hello when shopping at the Watergardens store. A big shout out to Tom. So delightful when going through the checkout. We had a discussion as I was asking Tom to get Dan Murphy to lower the prices of the mini bottles. We laughed but I was serious

Great variety of wine, whiskey, beer, vodka, gin and much more. Awesome place for drink lovers. Great place for wine lovers. You can find great variety in whiskey, vodka, rum, gin and more. Their wine on display is quite impressive. I could find almost all the type of wines I was looking for. I loved the range of whiskey. And the staff at Dan Murphy were so sweet and helpful . I would definitely visit this place again.

I love going to Dan Murphy, especially at Dan Murphy's Watergardens. Customer service is always good and professional. One particular is Toni. She is great and knowledgeable, and made my shopping experience more enjoyable.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Fantastic range of products. Become a member which is free. Some items you can save a bit with it. Parking is right outside, trolley are available.

All the workers are so polite and helpful. I've being go there for the past several years and know most of them by there name. Your company should be proud to have some the best workers working at one store Maria Linda Gavin mageret Matt and Emma are some of my favourite.

First time to Dan, wow wide range of alcohols, the price is lower than elsewhere too. The customer service is great. I’ll come back definitely.
